Welcome to the Spanish village by the Sea! Come and unwind to the relaxed rhythms of San Clemente. Just take a 10 minute walk to the beach, pier or beach trail, or a 5 minute stroll to San Clemente's downtown Del Mar street where you'll find some of OC's best restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping - you won't want to leave! Spread out in this 4-bedroom home away from home complete with TVs in almost every room, a fully stocked kitchen, and peek-a-boo ocean views from the balconies.

In this split level condo, the upper level features a living and dining area that is perfect for entertaining large groups. The fully stocked kitchen is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Guests can enjoy a sunset at the outdoor balcony while grilling dinner. The upper level also includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, providing convenient access with fewer stairs.

The lower level offers multiple bedrooms with ample beds for all of your guests. The master bedroom features a private balcony for guests to enjoy the tranquility of the morning or unwind in the privacy of the evening. The unit is also stocked with books and toys to keep the younger guests entertained.

Great for big groups. We had a wedding at Casa Romantica and it was a great location for our large party of 8 of us. Having 3 full batnrooms was amazing. Great location, clean, well appointed, comfy… all around great!!

Nice proximity and clean place upon arrival. Shower didn’t work when I showed up and same with the fridge water dispenser but there is a convenience store right up the street which helped.

The place was nice but it only had air conditioning on upper level. The downstairs where most of bedrooms were was uncomfortably warm. It was difficult to sleep. Did not like laundry in separate room and only one machine for numerous apartments. Could not do wash cause constantly had other people clothes in them. Unfortunately also had ants on kitchen counters. The driveway also caused my car to bottom out. The area was beautiful along with the beaches.

Unfortunately we had the hottest heat wave in over 20 years during your stay. The downstairs typically stays very cool. Had you mentioned issues with ants, we would have been quick to come out and take care of that issue.

Excellent property

We loved our stay in your beautiful house. Everything was walkable. Beach, restaurants and shopping nearby. Home has everything you could possibly need and it is newly remodeled. It’s is perfect for exploring the area. We loved San Clemente and we will stay again while visiting family in SJC.

Great Property and Location

This two story condo was perfect for my family and their littles. Minutes to main street and pier. Also having 2 designated parking spots was a huge bonus as parking is always a challenge. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean and Convenient

Everything as advertised. Rooms were all great, kitchen well appointed, easy access to everything San Clemente has to offer. The reserved parking is HUGE! Highly recommend.

Relaxing time in San Clemente

The bedrooms were large and great layout of the Apartment. Kitchen could be stocked with more utensils and the family room was a little tight but the positives out weighed the negatives.

Jordan responded to messages within an hour before and during our stay.We loved the unit. It was immaculate and comfortable.Our only trouble was with the downstairs master shower faucet - We could not regulate the temperature. Also, there was shampoo and conditioner but no bar soaps or body wash.We would definitely stay there again.Thank you

We had a great week staying here because of the location and having 3 full bathrooms. The old house is nicely remodeled. Being together is what made our week great and having enough beds and space for our family of 10.The cons were that we had ants the whole week from Day 1. The first day there were tons and the property manager came and sprayed and put a couple traps down. Never saw an ant in the trap. We kept food in fridge or tightly bagged and wiped up after eating but they came from foundation and cracks daily. And we couldn’t get the water regulated in upstairs bath - scalding hot always as control handle just spun around. At least it was hot, not cold! But gave upand just used downstairs baths, which also has tricky controls so regulating temp was not easy. Everything looked nice, but sheets and bedding had lots of long hairs all over them. We picked off a bunch, then just used some we had brought with us on several beds. Otherwise, they appeared clean. Shared Laundry was not clean - we did bare minimum of wash as didn’t want to put clothes in the machines.The little A/C unit wasn’t good for much - we thought listing said it was an A/C home - so we were glad temperatures were in 60s-70s the whole week.Manager was very responsive and we really appreciated that. Would have loved the house except for bugs (had spiders and a few other bugs too). While other things need attention, we handled them okay. Parking tight but a big plus as little street parking.

For future guests, we have since increased the frequency of our pest control and have replaced the shower faucets, so those issues mentioned should no longer by any issue.
