David's group was thetype that if you could give them 10 stars you would, they're unbelievable family came to enjoy San Clemente and they're welcome back anytime. They were just the best for the neighborhood and so respectful of our property and left our place immaculate..

This is a great family vacation house. We spent our days at the beach, only about five minutes by car. The pool with the slide was great fun for the kids. The house is fully equipped for anything you might need. Our host, Brad, was extremely responsive accommodating. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Great family appreciate their stay. Followed all the rules and probably were the most organized with putting back all of the beach equipment and cleaning the boards, we witnessed in quite a while!! Appreciate their cleanliness, their attitude and their presence.

This home was a resort for just our family! The pool is incredible, the view is spectacular, and it is close to tons of amenities. I highly recommend staying here. The host is very communicative and incredibly welcoming!

Brian and his family arrived the day after Christmas to spend the holidays with us and truly seemed to enjoy the festive atmosphere and decorations we put up each year. When we were younger add a home that was not so private as far as street exposure, our home routinely won Chamber of Commerce recognition for best decorated home during the holiday season, so it was especially nice to see guests genuinely appreciate the effort and spirit we still try to bring to this property each year. Although it's secluded into the hills, and not as many people are exposed to our efforts. Brian and his family were easygoing, well-mannered, and very pleasant to host. They expressed how pleased they were with their stay, which made for a wonderful and positive start to our new year. We would gladly welcome them back anytime.

Roxanne’s group was extremely easy to communicate with and wonderful to work with throughout their stay. They had an awesome time, and we truly appreciated hosting them. They were very kind and thankful during their visit, and hearing that always makes us feel like we’ve done our job properly as hosts. Roxanne mentioned the pool several different times, which we especially appreciated because we put a great deal of effort into designing that space with families in mind. We would absolutely welcome Roxanne and her group back anytime, and they definitely deserve five stars.

Donna’s family was absolutely wonderful to host. They stayed with us for a full week and there were no issues whatsoever — just a great family enjoying themselves and making wonderful use of the pool and outdoor spaces. They were especially inquisitive about San Clemente and genuinely interested in exploring the landscape, beaches, and personality of our beautiful seaside community, which we always appreciate. Kevin, our property concierge, was able to help guide them with local recommendations and provide insight from both a social and beach lifestyle perspective. They specifically mentioned how much they enjoyed interacting with him and appreciated his articulate, charming, and well-read personality. Kevin has a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life and discuss almost any subject, and Donna’s family expressed that they felt exactly the same way. Every guest brings their own personality, and this was one of those truly enjoyable groups to communicate with and host. We thoroughly enjoyed having them and would gladly welcome them back anytime. They shall return!!

I just returned from a short getaway in San Clemente. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Western Whitehouse. Our host Bradley could not have been better to work with. He had every detail covered. Kevin the property concierge had all the information one would ever need from restaurants to beaches and all points in between. If you’re considering this area for your next escape, you won’t be disappointed with this choice. I housed myself & 7 25 year olds in complete comfort.

Kenneth and his family were an awesome group of genuinely nice and honest people. They stayed at the property for six days and were respectful to both our home and our neighbors throughout their visit. They were easy to communicate with, very considerate, and left everything clean and tidy upon departure. Neighborhood and proximity to beach, restaurants, freeway was great!! Do not be afraid to put your hard earned money in this rental! The owner was great to work with!! Comfortable beds, everything you needed for beach was great since we flew from east coast. Easiest departure of any home we have rented! Worth it!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Located in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, the house had everything we needed and more. The pool and spa made the experience even more enjoyable. I completely agree with all the positive comments from other guests, so I won’t repeat them here. It’s truly a perfect spot for larger families or for two or three couples traveling together. Book with confidence, you will enjoy your stay.

Beautiful location, Attentive host, Memories with Family

Though SC had a marine layer the days we visited, this location allowed us to be above it, enjoy the beautiful sun, and play in the pool all day. This house has everything needed to vacation beyond comfortably. This was a trip to remember and we will be staying here whenever we come to Sc from now on!

This home was absolutely amazing! I booked this property as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. He knew we had rented a home for the weekend, but once we arrived, he was completely blown away — honestly, so was I, and I had already seen the pictures beforehand! We were greeted upon arrival and gave us a full walkthrough of the home. The check-in process was warm and welcoming, and they even prepared a thoughtful welcome package with goodies and two bottles of delicious red wine.The views, pool, and spa were absolutely incredible. We sat outside taking it all in and looked at each other saying, “These views are so beautiful they could make you cry.” It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed.After settling in, we spent time in the living room, and it truly felt like home. The layout and furniture were so comfortable and inviting. Communication with the owner was easy throughout our stay — always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Anything we needed was taken care of right away.We honestly left with heavy hearts because we didn’t want to leave, but we will definitely be back! We had originally planned a beach day during our trip, but we loved this home so much that we stayed on the property the entire time.The rooms were beautifully prepared. Everything we needed was already there — plenty of towels, blankets,The beds were extremely comfortable, and there were so many fans to help keep the house cool. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

Karina and her group came to the Western White House San Clemente to celebrate her husband’s birthday. While the gathering itself was not a surprise, the home certainly was — and seeing her husband’s reaction made it all the more special. Karina and I spoke about it beforehand, and everything came together perfectly. They were truly ideal guests in every respect. They left our home immaculate, were extremely respectful of the property, and very considerate of the neighborhood, which is especially important here in the City of San Clemente. We would gladly welcome Karina and her group back anytime and highly recommend them to any future host.

Our family had the most enjoyable time at this home. We were welcomed with a beautiful basket filled with all sorts of great things and the property management team is next level - quite literally at your beck and call. The home is extremely clean, comfortable, functional and located just minutes from the beach. We cannot recommend this property enough!

Terrific location with all the amenities. The hosts are incredible. Couldn’t have been happier with this rental. Very highly recommended.

Great Home Base for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this home and exploring the surrounding area during a week long stay with family. It was a quick drive to the beach, dining and nature. Location was also great because we had activities planned in both San Diego and the LA area. Bradley was great with communication and offering recommendations for activities in the area. All in all we had a great stay!

Awesome stay in San Clemente

Our family loved the house. The pool, view and backyard were amazing. The house is well equipped and conveniently located to everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The host was generous and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Another great cross-generational family. Our perfect profile once again. Kevin and Chelsea's group/family were an extremely polite, cooperative, and active group of folks. Elton, Kevin's father, and I had instant chemistry which always makes it a good vibe when you connect. This season has been spectacular, one of our most notable in our15+ years of welcoming families into our community of paradise.
