This spot was close to downtown & had lots of space. Just minutes from downtown! The grill is nice and there is an umbrella in the back for shade. The only issue we had was there is a bar downtown that plays very loud music til 1-2am on Friday and Saturday nights. It was so loud that you could hear it even with the windows closed. If you are a heavy sleeper, great! But something to be wary of if you are hoping for something a little more quiet. Otherwise a great experience!

We enjoyed the Victorian and it's great proximity to everything! Great location! It was clean and it was very nice to have 3 bathrooms, although we would have liked having a few more towels for the amount of time we were there. The shower head in the downstairs bathroom is probably too large for the space but is also nice. Everything was clean and nice. Other than a few squeaky doors we had no complaints from our party! We liked having a laundry. The host was great to respond when needed and rules and guidelines were clear. Plenty of space and it has been updated nicely and is very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Don't skip the hot springs and we loved riding bikes up to Carbondale on the Rio Grande bike trail.

Our second stay was as delightful as the first last year. Communications were timely and professional. The property is well maintained and very comfortable. The location is perfectly situated for walking the town and a stroll along the river. We are grateful to be welcomed again and look forward to another stay in the future.

Excellent location right off the main street. Convenient to everything and spacious. House was lovely and comfortable. Two things to know... can feel really warm overnight even with fans depending on time of year you go. Two of us were fine and two weren't. And the downstairs shower is a square stall with a rather overwhelming shower head. Would have kids shower upstairs. That said, all of us loved the space and would return without question.

We love the location and walkability to downtown Glenwood for the shopping and restaurants. The home was very charming, well-kept and had all of the amenities we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and really set up well in terms of mixed families staying in the house. Bedrooms were large and mattresses were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms. Walking distance to the pool, adventure park, doc holiday’s grave and pretty much everything else.

Perfect location!

We spent a girl's weekend with 5 friends in Glenwood and this house was absolutely perfect for us! The location is amazing, walking distance to everything and right in town. The house had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall a wonderful stay. Clean home, walking distance to many of the better restaurants in town. Well stocked kitchen and nice new washer and dryer upstairs. Never lacking hot water and fast strong WiFi. The bedrooms are smaller but fit our needs well. Only suggestion might to be to offer more blankets in living room.
