Very quiet and safe location. Tons of space and places to sleep. Highly recommended for a large family who want to be close to Glenwood Springs but not in the middle of town.

The house was immaculate! We had 6 adults total and were comfortable with the space. The communication with James was easy and we did request an earlier check in which he graciously agreed to. The location was great with easy access to highway.

Thus was a great place to stay for our family including an 18 month old grandchild. Beds were very comfortable and the layout was great. Our only complaint is that the deck needs some boards replaced as one could not walk barefoot out there. But we were very happy. Nice location as well.

Air conditioning was hard to control but other than that everything worked great and was exactly as listed. The property was very clean and the host was easy to work with. Highly recommend.

My family of 7 greatly enjoyed this house. We had plenty of room to spread out, and my daughter thought it was fun to have her own little bunk beds right near mommy and daddy. The kitchen was well equipped except we could have used more silverware and kitchen towels. I think there was even a reverse osmosis water filter which we appreciated greatly. We were on a two week grand tour of CO, and this VRBO was about in the middle of our trip. We took a day to just relax and sleep in, and we were glad to have a large house to enjoy. The neighborhood was also very nice. We went on an evening walk to the bridge over the river and felt very safe. The host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four ( two teens) spent the week in Glenwood at this home. It was perfect for everyone to have their own space. I enjoyed the Mountain View from the deck and all the paper products, laundry and even shampoo and conditioner were supplied. Beds were comfy and a/c for each room was nice. We would recommend this home to anyone visiting Glenwood. It's in a nice residential area near major roads and the river is nearby as well.

Very clean and good for a group with a few kids. The upstairs had a great large space for a family with multiple kids. Great closets for pack n plays and separation for easy sleeping. Thank you for sharing your home!

This is a great house if you're looking location and comfort. Each room has an air conditioner/heater which is perfect considering it was 100 degrees when we checked in. The back yard is quiet and serene and looks out on to open fields and mountains. You can easily walk from the house along the trail by the river too. The kitchen is stock with basic supplies and could use other items like whisk, spatulas, more silverware, and additional storage containers. We brought our coffee grinder, but that along with a few other small appliances would have been helpful. there is a toaster and plastic blender, coffee maker. Very few cleaning products, and couldn't find broom to help clean floor. Beds vary in comfort which is good for guests. High quality, washer, dryer, frig, stove and dishwasher which were very much appreciated!
