We really enjoyed our time at Loon Lake Lodge. We also rented a boat for a few days and were able to tie it up to the dock. It was relaxing but we had plenty to do. Check in and out were easy too.

This is a lovely property on Intermediate Lake with a private dock and access to wonderful amenities (including four kayaks, lily pad, yard games, and more). Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. Sara and Clayton were easy to communicate with and most helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. The property is an easy drive (15 mins) to restaurants, wineries, and Torch Lake.

This is a cute little cottage. It could use some minor TLC in various areas like doors don’t close easily or properly. Overall, it worked great for our family and the lake was awesome!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We had two families and the teenagers slept separately in the upstairs bedroom in the barn. Very quiet, beautiful location, and the most well-stocked rental ever. Only downsides were the slightly sulfuric smell when showering (maybe because we’re early in the season) and the mosquitoes, which is unavoidable in May on a lake!

Great property on the water and the home was very welcoming! We boated, tubed kayak, fished and did all the outdoor things we wanted to do! Close proximity to downtown Bellaire and only wished we had a few more days. I would definitely recommend and return.

Wonderful Lake House

Spent a week at Loon Lodge for a family vacation. We had a great time kayaking, swimming, and hanging out by the water. The house had everything we needed--plenty of bath and beach towels, lots of floats and a lily pad mat, and fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Our teens liked having their own space in the bunkhouse. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, but close to town for necessities or a meal out. We also rented a boat and it was a very easy process. Sara was very easy to communicate with. We had an excellent time!

The Loon Lodge was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend stay. The house is in a peaceful setting on the lake, and within a short drive to downtown Bellaire, the grocery, and other amenities. We loved the house for its windows and natural light, and it was well-equipped. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive. We are already looking at their calendar for another stay in the near future!
