1600 square feet, 3 bedrooms house with two car garage, two blocks from the beach and about 75 yards from the community pool.

Hot tub on secluded back patio for WINTER renters.

Master suite and bathroom on entry floor and two bedrooms and bath upstairs.

Fully furnished, bring your suitcase and enjoy! Great front porch for enjoying the cool breezes.

Minimum renter age 25 (Homeowner Association Rules, not mine, no exceptions).

Computer generated, private access code for you only, changeable by you to a 4 - 6 digit code of your choosing. Code expires at the agreed upon departure time.

Declare your dogs if bringing them and pay the pet fee! Housekeeping charges more for cleaning up after dogs.

Note: Trailers of any type are NOT allowed to be visible on the property. No boat trailers, no jet ski trailers, no u-haul trailers, etc. If you bring a trailer that will not fit in the garage, you will be required to move it somewhere else.

We had an amazing experience staying at this home in Miramar Beach! The host, was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The house was in excellent condition — super clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit.One of the biggest highlights was that we were allowed to bring our son’s emotional support Australian Shepherd, which meant the world to our family. The location was also perfect — just two blocks from the public beach with easy access, and having both driveway and garage parking was a huge plus.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly getaway near the beach!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good location. I especially liked the fence in area in the back yard and that it was pet friendly. Another bonus was the community pool. Since pool was for this street it was always crowded.

Fabulous Time At Destin

Bill place was amazing! Huge master bedroom, with its own bathroom, shower, and a jacuzzi tub. There was 30 of us able to get together for an anniversary party and nine of us stayed at the house. We were able to put our items into the garage before check-in. Therefore, we walked to the beach and the went to the pool. Everyone was very happy with the room, and available seating for everyone. There was a little problem with the icemaker in the fridge, and Bill lickety-split had one ordered and delivered. I believe we are planning on all going again next year. I would absolutely recommend Bill’s little house.

Great accommodations! We were impressed with how clean it was. Easy access to beach and shops. It accommodated one of our handicap guests. The stair rail was very sturdy for her to use to get up and down stairs. The showers have a bench seat in them. There was plenty of hot water for showers or a long soak it the tub. Was happy to have a washer and dryer to keep laundry up. The beds were comfortable once you got used to them. I was happy for the additional fans that they provided. I like it extremely cool when sleeping. Enter and exit process was easy and no fuss.If I had any questions Bill was always great at getting back to me. We had a great Vacation and enjoyed our time there.

Family Vacation

The wifi gave us some fits for a couple of days, but other than that, this place is awesome. Great for a family and just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of extras for the beach such as chairs and umbrellas. Great location. I highly recommend this property. Bill was a pleasure and easy to deal with. Available to answer any questions we needed.

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Destin Florida. It was very clean and smelled wonderful, had anything you needed or may have forgotten. The Host was quick to answer any questions I had. Just a short walk down to the beach and it had a very inviting pool. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

Spring Break 2024

I took a last-minute spring break trip with my teenagers and our dog and this was the perfect spot to stay. Everything was clean and everything that we needed was there. The fenced in yard with the doggie door was a plus for a little dog. The garage was nice to have too. It was an easy walk to the beach and having the pool and hot tub right on site was very convenient as well. The host was quick to respond on any questions and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
