Completamente arredato a casa con una splendida piscina e vasca idromassaggio. Vicino a Arroyo Burro Beach, Hope Ranch, Downtown a pochi minuti di distanza. Disponibile da settembre 1,2018 a gennaio 2,2019 Un livello, 1800 piedi SQ. (2) master suite, una con un letto matrimoniale, la seconda con due letti singoli, (2) bagni completi, (2) garage per auto. Pavimenti in legno in tutto, luce naturale in tutto, open space, 27 x 27 soggiorno con camino, divano in pelle e suono surround TV 64 pollici, sala da pranzo posti 8 con cursori per il patio privato. Cucina con cursori per il patio con una griglia, sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole e tavolo e ombrellone per il vostro clima perfetto fuori divertimento. La cucina ha nuovi elettrodomestici ed è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per creare il tuo pasto o cottura. Pavimenti in pietra in bagno, lavatrice e asciugatrice, garage privato per due auto rendono il soggiorno a Santa Barbara facile, comodo per tutto e super confortevole.
Siamo stati rinnovati, abbiamo bisogno di includere nuove foto.
La vernice fresca, il colore è crema, i pavimenti in legno (non in camera verde), (senza tappeti) le foto non sono ancora state aggiornate.
INCLUSO nell'affitto: paesaggio settimanale, pulizia settimanale, gas, cavo, wifi, cestino e raccolta differenziata, biciclette, lenzuola e asciugamani, cucina completamente attrezzata.

Comfortable Home

The duplex was roomy, conveniently located, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive and communicated well. We liked the radiant heat - we were never cold.

Santa Barbara stay

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen was nicely appointed and it was a great location for us! The back patio is very private! Our first week was extremely hot but the last three were beautiful! The many fans were helpful! Lots of nice areas in neighborhoods to walk! Fun saltwater pool! Janet and Steve are very friendly and accommodating!

Disappointed

One of the reasons that attracted me to this house was the air conditioning was part of the amenities listed. Lo and behold I found out that there was no air conditioning, yet it was advertised on the site along with bikes (there weren’t any).I also did not pack our beach chairs and towels since they were listed as well. I had to shop around to find them and purchase them. On arrival I also was not able to park my SUV in the garage until I had moved furniture there that took up a lot of the space. Then there was the DVD that didn’t work. The owner purchased a new one that required a professional technician to hook it up after I had spent a lot of my time trying to do. I was successful in hooking up the new Cox cable box that was needed to be replace one that was not able to do recording. It seemed like it was one thing after another in the beginning. I have rented over two dozen houses in the last 10 years and I never had as many items that were in need of attention then this house. I was constantly texting the owner in order to resolve the issues. Thankfully she was very cooperative and attended to them immediately. In my experience over the years I have found that it is helpful for owners to provide a directory of information regarding the operation of the technology in the home as well as general helpful info to make your stay more enjoyable. There was no welcome note nor list of information concerning good local restaurants or attractions etc. Although I was disappointed in having to address so many things that should’ve been taken care of prior to my renting the home for over six weeks I am grateful that the owner was willing to help resolve all the problems immediately. Hopefully those who rent this nice home in the future will find all their needs provided for now that several issues have been resolved. I believe the owner now needs to attend to the garage issue or change the advertisement. It always good to know what to expect and what not to.

Great landlord & great condo

I have had a great experience here. Janet is very hands on to make sure your experience is great. Cleaning back patio & cleaning screens & outside windows are little things that make my stay even better. The condo was very clean & ready to move in. Janet even recommended things in the area to do on my time off. And the lime tree in backyard helped make my margaritas even better.

The location is wonderful, 2.6 miles to Hendry's Beach and The Boat House Restaurant, seating and take out window. Our location is easy to get anywhere in Santa Barbara. We have Douglas Preserve, Elings Park, Oak Park, all with in 2 miles. Trails, walking and bike paths from our road to the beach. Bring you bikes.

This home feels private with the luxury of a heated and super clean pool and hot tub, with perfect landscaping.

Private entry, one level living with a bright open floor plan.
Double door entry that welcomes you as soon as you arrive.
You have your own two car driveway, and garage.
No stairs to deal with to get inside. Large private fenced patio with fire pit seating, grilling and dining area. If cooler weather, you can fire up your outdoor heater and never feel a chill.

If you were looking to avoid stairs, our one level home is a great choice. Beautifully located in Hidden Valley next to Hope Ranch, natural light, new windows (very quiet). Always a nice breeze....Pool and hot tub, club house just a walk away.
