The house was perfect for our family. It was nice they had an extra fan in the bedroom closets. The hot rub was very enjoyable for the kids and mornings loved the little table outside for mornings coffee.

Erin and her family were wonderful guests! They treated the home with care and respect, communicated well throughout their stay, and left everything in excellent condition. It was a pleasure hosting them. I'm so glad the home was a great fit for their family. They enjoyed the hot tub, appreciated the extra fans in the bedroom closets, and made good use of the outdoor table for relaxing with morning coffee. It's always rewarding to host guests who truly enjoy the space and all it has to offer. I would happily welcome Erin and her family back anytime and highly recommend them to any host. They were the kind of guests every vacation rental owner hopes to have.

Extremely clean house with all the necessary amenities for a family of 4 including 2 toddlers. Easy check in process. The hot tub was nice. The YMCA water park was not yet open during our visit so we did not get a chance to experience it.

Awesome stay

Loved this cute home in a nice neighborhood of Bettendorf. The host was exceptionally responsive and kindly accommodated an extra night. The hottub was amazing! I would high recommend!

Excellent Place

We stayed for an extended time with work and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 4 adult. Jason was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. Accessing the house was a breeze and the extra upgrades in the upstairs bathroom were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Ryan was the longest guest we’ve had the pleasure of hosting across all platforms, the house was surprisingly clean, only requiring the standard cleaning. He and his guests are welcome anytime.

Ran the Hennepin Canal

We stayed here to be close to the finish line of the Hennepin Hundred. The house was a perfect base camp to organize beforehand and recover afterwards. The hot tub was especially nice.

Perfect for families

This was a perfect home for our family of 5. We were home visiting family. Host was lovely and accomodating when we asked if some of the cousins could stay for a "slumber party". There were also many nice touches such as chocolates, make up wipes, coffee pods, etc. Great location - close to shopping and dining. Hot tub was nice and clean. 10 our of 10 - would stay again!

Amazing Stay!!

Jason was a great host! Very accommodating to our extra 2 guests that we invited to stay with us last min. House has a lot of updates, very clean and had everything we needed. My guests and I especially loved the upstairs bathroom!! Everything is within a 15-20 min drive for what we were visiting for. Location is quiet and check-in was a breeze!! I wish we had more time to relax in the hot tub!! Maybe next time!! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Great stay in Bettendorf

Everything was so clean and inviting in this property. It had all the perks of staying in a hotel(plenty of shampoo, soap, towels and toilet paper!) but, we had a house with a hot tub! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night after long days visiting family and at the TBK sports complex. Unfortunately, the VRBO message area wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to answer the host when he checked in on us! Sorry, I wasn’t able to reply back. We had no issues and our stay was fantastic! One of the best we have stayed in!

Great Experience all the way around

Went for nephews baseball tournaments. Loved relaxing in the hot tub after sitting at the ball diamonds all day. Beautifully done home. Everything was as it should be. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing not bad but more of a suggestion is it needs outdoor furniture no where to sit if you didn’t want to get in hot tub but still wanted to visit with those who did and more comfortable sitting in living room there was five of us and we wanted to sit and watch a movie but really couldn’t do to lack of comfortable places to sit other wise perfect home away from home.

Thank you for the advice and the suggestion. We are currently looking for a new living room to replace the couch that is currently in the living room. We are also looking for some patio furniture that will accommodate guest and still easy maintain cleanliness. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. This house is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There is a little bunny that lives in the backyard. The beds are comfortable, and I especially liked the sheets and the pillows. The host was responsive when we needed something. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids. We would stay here again.

Clean and cute! It has a lot of little extras to make you feel at home and welcome! We stayed for a baseball tournament and the hot tub was a hit for the boys! It’s also neat the water park which would make a nice little get away!

As a lifelong traveler and hobby pilot, I have had the privilege of living in different countries, and places around the world. I grew up on a farm in Illinois and spent the summers on the beach in Florida. When looking for a place to rent for a graduation party for my son, I found a pure lack of options to do so, and that is when I found the need to create a semi-empty space where families could come together and enjoy the time, with a nice outdoor area to enjoy the sun in the summer (deck coming soon.)

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

When I first saw this house and walked through it I was excited to move into it, but sometimes life just has different plans. After buying the house, and updating the lighting, I realized this could be the place I wanted to offer to guests as a place to gather and make memories in. First off, the Hot Tub! It's a great feature. This place is quieter than my current home, it also has a nicer backyard and an attached garage! With the lighting upgrades and new paint, it really turned out to be a really nice home.

The Hot Tup for sure.
The updated lighting, and the bar in the downstairs area.
The cleanliness, and the simpleness of the space.
