This is one of the most beautiful cabins we have stayed in. It was perfect! Spacious, pet friendly, great amenities and the kitchen was amazing!

Our second stay in this beautiful home. Great floor plan our large group of five adults and six children. Even our little dog enjoyed the stay. The kitchen is very well appointed. Best of all it snowed during our visit to the kids delight.

Great place

Kitchen well stocked — enjoyed the welcome box of goodies. Beds & pillows very comfy. Nice & comfortable spaces. Host very responsive.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, nicely appointed house!

Very nice kitchen great for entertaining our party of 8 with 2 families. Well stocked to cook lots of family meals. Clean and comfy after a full day of activities. Wonderful location close to the snow and to Arnold. We will be back!

Hi! This was our first time using Vrbo and it was great. We enjoyed the space we had in a cabin setting instead of being in hotel rooms. We watched TV/movies, ate smores by the campfire and cooked breakfast together. Great family time!We loved the remodeled kitchen and downstairs bathrooms. That's what attracted us to this cabin. If they upgrade the bathrooms upstairs, that would make it even more awesome! Samantha was responsive and helpful every step of the way. She allowed us more time at check out so we could go to Calaveras Big Trees and walk a trail before packing up the car. We would definitely stay and recommend this place, again. The simplest way to review the property is to note that before we left—reluctantly—my entire family was after me to book ahead for next year! The property was impeccably clean, matched the description, and provided just the kind of tree-top experience we all hoped-for. It absorbs people quite well—it’s a well-insulated house. When a power outage plagued us soon after our arrival, the host was admirably responsive and did everything she could to help resolve the problems. The family does a lot of cooking, so we appreciated very much the updated and attractive kitchen. We took full advantage of the spacious deck—quite child-safe—early in the AM and late into the evening. The living room boasts the largest sofa any of us had ever seen, with a TV screen to go with it—though we didn’t make much use of the screen, the arrangement was perfect for family games. We are eager to return!

Mountain retreat was a lovely place for 5 women friends (and two doggies) to spend a birthday weekend. All the comforts of home and then some. We had great weather and spent mornings on the deck having coffee while sitting on the comfy outdoor furniture. I’m going to miss waking up to the beautiful trees surrounding the house. It was a great get-away and very relaxing. Samantha is a wonderful host… very responsive and helpful.
Relaxing for humans and doggies.

OUTSTANDING!!

This home was our best vacation stay to date!! It more than met our expectations. Exceptionally comfortable for the 5 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of room to spread out, with additional sleep mats for the young ones. The kitchen was my dream kitchen for cooking, very well stocked. We all slept so well on the comfortable beds. Location was excellent for our few days of snow play. Thank you for a great get away experience.

Family Snow Trip 2024

Our stay went really smooth. We went right before a snow storm and stayed two nights. We loved the layout of the house and property. It fit 11 us perfectly. The kitchen was the adults favorite spot and we enjoyed that it was fully equipped. The kids loved sledding down the backyard. We didnt have to go anywhere and enjoyed every minute of the cabin making memories with our loved ones.

Phenomenal, updated cabin with everything you need

This was by far the best cabin rental experience I’ve experienced! The scenic location, proximity to Bear Valley ski resort & local shops/bars, and cabin amenities created an amazing get away from the city. They had way more supplies than we anticipated and the house was spotless. Also the excellent customer service Samantha provided to my many questions made this experience unmatched! Would definitely recommend this rental! We’re already looking forward to our next booking.

Can't Wait to Go Back!

We absolutely loved this home! Incredibly clean, very well-stocked with cooking/entertaining supplies, nicely furnished, and wonderfully spacious yet cozy at the same time. The owner paid so much attention to guest comfort with extra toiletries in case you forget, extra food in case you're snowed in, amazing basic supplies (like kleenex, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.), and warm touches like a welcome basket and sign. Booking, check in and check out were a breeze and we received great instructions for the house and tips for staying in Arnold (great location close to everything you need). The photos and listing are accurate - except even better once you get there!

Weekend stay

From the moment we arrived at the property, we instantly loved it. The host even made a sign for the birthday girl which was a pleasant surprise!! The rooms were immaculate and so cozy and the property had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The kitchen was amazing along with the views!! It was perfect for our two families. The host was amazing and answered all our questions and was very helpful. The kids were able to play out front in the snow and enjoyed every minute. We will come back again in the future. Thank you so much!!
