This was a last minute booking from someone who lives in the same area as our property with a very poor review rating. We were very nervous about a party happening here. Never canceled before.

The place was better than expected. Host was readily available for any questions. Location was great, close to everything. House was located on the canal, which was easy to get to on a boat, we were also able to see a manatees from the dock.

Had a fantastic time. The property is as advertised and had everything we needed. Absolutely loved the enormous kitchen island, the large family room, and the outside area.

Fabulous house! Traveling with a group of friends and we all had our own space. Loved the outdoor area in the evening for relaxing and gathering. Well stocked for preparing meals..great neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed seeing sharks and a manatee right off the dock, the pool was great, and the neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located.Our only concern was the communication regarding trash removal. We acknowledged the first request and fully understood its importance, but continued to receive reminders the day of trash removal. Since the rental requires guests to be at least 30 years old, we were surprised by the repeated follow-up messages, as we felt we had been responsive and responsible guests.Overall, we enjoyed the property and appreciated the amenities and location

Hey there...appreciate the comment on the trash. We have had some issue with this in the past and sometimes VRBO erases or doesn't show prior messages. We are working on better ways to communicate this.

Everything was great, very easy to get to any store, tons within a mile. The house is great for adults as well as kids, lots of games and great pool. My only complaint would be 5 days in a row were reminded about the trash day and when to take it out. Come on your dealing with adults, other than that 5 stars

We had an amazing stay celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday. Very relaxing and the accommodations were very, very nice. Lots of beach towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Comfortable beds. Felt like a resort. Absolutely loved it!

Family vacation was officially saved! We were traveling from Orlando (cheerleading competition) to Cape Coral for annual family vacation and R&R, when we experienced a cancellation and needed a new VRBO ASAP, same day! John came to the rescue and answered our availability questions promptly and accommodated us quickly and smoothly! The whole encounter was a blessing because this house exceeded all expectations! It’s a beautiful home, that is very clean, close to everything, and has so much to do! We swam, kayaked, fished, played cards, played shuffle board, played ping pong, worked out, and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful indoor and outdoor kitchens! It was so much fun and also incredibly peaceful! Thank you for everything! I can’t recommend this place enough!!

The house was amazing, so was the location. Close to restaurants, grocery store and decent drive to the beach. A relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire home. Would highly recommend this home for your family’s next retreat!

Amazing Cape Coral Retreat

Gorgeous home that exceeded our expectations. Fantastic outdoor spaces included awesome lanai, pool/spa & boat dock. Property also offered an ideal location which was within walking distance of Tarpon Point. Truly appreciate the owner's accommodations for a much needed winter getaway that provided some incredible memories. Would highly recommend staying here!

Looking for amazingly functional ease of sleeping and accommodating 9 people? This house is what you are looking for !! Pool, 2nd living room, kitchen, weights, and ping pong all can handle larger groups. We look forward to renting again. 5 stars !!

We had an amazing stay, the house is modern, spacious and thoughtfully designed perfectly for a large family. The open concept kitchen with a massive kitchen island made it easy to cook and hang out together. There is a bedroom with a game room upstairs that provides privacy and a huge balcony with a view to the canal and the pool. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect for day or night. The house was well stock and clean will definitely stay here again. There is a marina a few blocks away we did a sunset cruise with dolphins it was a nice experience and so was the restaurant Rumrunners.

This house is AMAZING!! The finished are so high end as well as the appliances. The covered patio/outdoor kitchen are fantastic as well. The kids basically lived in the pool. Lots of inflatables included and some noodles. The people who ventured to the beach loved the chairs and umbrella provided. The gym equipment was nice, but the garage just got too hot to be comfortable. Early morning walks and kayaking were nice. The communication with the host was overall great, but due to some technical difficulties, we couldn’t reach them until the second day of our stay. Once working again, they were very quick to respond and helpful. I will warn anyone who likes a lot of quiet-take any room other than the master below the game room-my partner and I stayed in that room and going to bed early and staying asleep were an issue. Anyone just walking up there sounded like they would come through the ceiling. So it’s a night owl room for sure. Or ear plugs might work. We had a little trouble with the grill, but the owners sent someone to check on it quickly. The location is perfect-so close to marina businesses. OH and we got great use of the fishing poles too. Great house for a family trip and I think we would stay there again.

A beautiful house to stay with everything you will need

This place is definitely a vacation house. This beautiful property is designed to your comfort and enjoyment. The house is cozy. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchens were very well stocked and had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. The outside area is perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the kayaks in the canal. Movie nights were amazing with the sound system that the house has. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the other games that you can find upstairs. This home is a perfect selection for your vacations.

Perfect home

The home itself is beautiful! The amenities are phenomenal. The outdoor area with fire pit is so relaxing. The kitchen is stocked and has amazing appliances. The bedrooms are fantastic. Beds are super comfortable. The property management is very responsive and took care of any issues we had. The bathrooms are spacious and my family took advantage of using the kayaks and shuffleboard and ping pong table. The home is perfection - as was the sunset from the upper deck! The instructions for the home are well laid out and we got a treat seeing dolphins in the canal one morning!

Loved this house

We booked this and another home for an extended family Thanksgiving weekend. We really enjoyed the house. The family hung out here the most because it was the nicer of the two homes. Between the pool, hot tub, ping pong, shuffleboard, kayaks and beautiful setting, we had a great time. House was spotless and pictures were accurate. Perfect place for a family gathering. Chef kitchen made cooking Thanksgiving meal easy and everyone had room to spread out. Only issue was the home alarm accidentally being left on and we accidentally set it off when we arrived. Communication with the host was easy and no other issues were had.

Beautiful home on the water with space for all.

This stay was great ! We had access to the water and a beautiful home to stay at for the Fourth of July. Only reason for four stars is that when we first arrived the prior stay had left dead fish in the freezer, which caused an odor and a mass number of large flies. The door to the garage was next to the kitchen so for over 24 hours flies were everywhere in the home! The garage fridge should have been cleaned/checked as it is available for use for renters. The other thing that renters should be aware of is the local boat launch hours. Assuming most people look at this place to bring their own boat, the closest boat launch closes at 4:30, check in is at 4, but we weren't aware of this and had multiple calls, texts etc throughout our first night to remove the boat from the driveway immediately. The messaging was consistent and too much. So beware, either ask for early check in and get your boat to the launch timely or don't bring your own. This should have been disclosed when I had asked where the nearest boat launch was. I hope this helps others with selecting this home. Other than these two issues the home was spacious, had all of the basic needs (minus dishwashing detergent so bring some if you will be cooking daily), a beautiful pool and great outdoor kitchen. Proximity to shops and restaurant was great as well.
