This stay exceeded our expectations. The host was very kind and considerate of our circumstances, allowing us to occupy the residence early. The property was fully stocked with all necessary items, reducing a lot of worry, and all of the instructions provided were very clear and concise. I highly recommend this property and I will do my best to return.

Wonderful Girls Trip on the Severn River

Our group of 8 ladies had a fantastic time staying in the beautiful home. Michelle provided great communication before and during our stay. The house is truly stunning, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again without hesitation!

Amazing Home close to Annapolis

We had an amazing long weekend with our family and dogs. The house is nestled in the woods on the river, 20 mins from downtown Annapolis. The home was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay at this property. It was excellent. A beautiful house, furnished extremely well, close to major highways, stores, restaurants and amenities. Michelle is extremely responsive. We hope to stay at this property again if it is available.

Host was so communicative and accommodating.The house was already set up 3/4’a of the way for food and drinks I only had to complete the groceries for things we needed specifically. The house was beautiful and decorated well already for the holidays.

Wow, what a place

Totally amazing place. The hosts are amazing and have included everything and I mean everything you can possibly need to have a great time. So much space and so much fun. Game room downstairs is awesome. Loved the card room and table. The views are spectacular and very secluded and private. Thank you for a great time and making us all feel welcome.

Large Family Gathering

We found this property to be perfect for our daughter's wedding. 11 of us stayed very comfortably and we all had our own bathrooms which was AMAZING. The communication from the host and us was fantastic and that made any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. We would definitely come back here and stay.

Lovely manor on the river

"Wow" is the starting point for a review of this property. We stayed here for a long weekend celebrating my wife's 40th birthday; it was a captivating home for us, our friends, and pets. Communication with the owner was expedient the few times on check-in day.

Superior Stay

Excellent host, everything that you can think of was provided. Well stocked kitchen. Lavish bathrooms. Guests couldn't stop talking about the layout of the home and beautiful it is. Well worth the price and I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Excellent stay

The house is beautiful, comfortable and well furnished. We celebrated Christmas at the house with our family and Michelle had put up some very tasteful Christmas decorations including a Christmas tree. Our entire family enjoyed it. Communication with Michelle was very easy and timely. . We would love to book again in the future

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredibly beautiful home over the weekend of our son’s wedding. The host Michelle was very responsive and very generous in providing complimentary snacks, soft drinks, and water. There are so many special touches in the home - a dog wash, cocktail maker, elevator and more! The home is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The view of the Severn River is visible through the trees. The photographer used the beautiful backdrop of the pool area for the groomsmen’s photos, and the guys enjoyed shooting pool and watching the Ryder Cup while socializing before heading to the wedding. This is a great home for a special occasion with family! Didn’t really want to leave and look forward to a return visit in the future!

The house is beautiful!! There is room for everyone and things to do at any time of the day. It is only 15 minutes from Annapolis. Our group went to Annapolis, Baltimore Aquarium, Mt Vernon and Washington DC. The pool was a lot of fun and we saw a lot of sunsets and sunrises on the cliff. The host answered my questions within an hour of asking. I would recommend this house and if back in the area will look to go back to stay. We had a wide range of ages so the elevator helped a lot. We had two dogs with us and they were able to explore the yard and we took them on walks in the neighborhood.

This was our second stay at this home and we are already planning our trip for next year. It is the perfect spot for our large family. It is hard to find a property with this number of bedrooms, a pool, gorgeous views AND allows dogs. The home is stocked with lots of amenities, three types of coffee makers, multiple refrigerators & ovens, pool towels, etc.Any questions I had for the host were answered promptly. Fast wifi, a separate office for those of us who needed to do some work, and lots of beautiful spaces so that everyone is not on top of each other at all times. Watching the sunset from the top of the property each evening was a highlight for us all. I highly recommend this home!
