This house was perfect for my family attending a wedding in Annapolis. We stayed all week and enjoyed the absolutely beautiful views and small town charm. The space accommodates, the old and the young for a very easy gathering. This home has every comfort and more.

Excellent location for a family reunion. House was laid out very well for large meals, games, and places for people to hang out (pool, sunroom, dock...). One note: the main living area doesn't have a bathroom, so people with mobility issues will need to go up and down the stairs.

Great spot for extended family to get together and very convenient to downtown Annapolis. Very cute neighborhood and kids could walk to the nearby shopping center for ice cream. Rooms are lovely - everything is new and nice.

Wow! What a great home. Plenty of space for a larger group. The open floor plan was perfect - lots of areas for people to hang out without feeling crowded. We will be back!

It was a beautiful place! Decorated nicely, wonderful kitchen to cook in, plenty of space. We loved the outside areas for the kids, pickle ball, a place for them to ride bikes around, treehouse, spacious yard for running in and dock with Kayaks. Too cold for the pool, but it looked lovely.Our only negatives were that the fourth king bed was a pull out in the pool house. There were no white out blinds or shades and it was very bright in the am for young children. This 4 th bathroom was outside and a cold in morning and night. Communication with the agent improved once she was able to text me.

This was the ideal property for us to spend the long holiday weekend with our sons and their friends. Lots of space for privacy and quiet moments, lots of activities, close to groceries and Annapolis, beautifully set up cooking/dining/living area. We hope to be back next year!

We appreciated the owners decorating their home for Christmas for our holiday stay! Our family traveled from Colorado, as well as from towns within 2 hours of this location for a Christmas celebration together. The home is beautiful, well equipped, and cozy! The kitchen was fabulous - filled the all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bowls, etc you need to cook for a large group. They even have 2 refrigerators!

Great place a Vacation

A group of us wanted to get away on a little “Retreat”. We had a wonderful time! This place is beautiful and very relaxing. The host Erin, was also wonderful! She explained all of the amenities and made sure that everything was ready for us so that our stay was perfect!

Great property!

We had a great stay at the Turning Point! We had a great time playing Cornhole, pickleball, basketball, cooking on the grill, cooling off in the pool, and watching football on the big screen TV. House was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

wonderful property/great stay

Wonderful place to stay and Erin was great. Asked about a Grill on the property and the next day we had a grill. The young adults loved the pool and water activities while the older adults enjoyed sitting on the docks watching the sunrise with a cuppa coffee. Would highly recommend this property.

Our family of 15 had everything they could wish for. With crabbing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, the tree house and pickleball contests... we all had plenty to do for the full week we stayed. The house was spacious and beautiful & the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed. Thank you so much for the lifetime of memories our family will cherish!

USNA Graduation

We had 14 family members join us to celebrate my son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. The house is clean, the rooms were great, the property was beautiful, and it was close to USNA. Our family loved the open concept.

We loved our stay at Turning Point on The Little Magothy! The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful, beautiful views, and right on the water. It was such a great spot to relax and spend time together.The house had everything we needed and more. Super comfortable, well-stocked, and full of thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in and feel at home.Communication with the host was excellent—quick, friendly, and super helpful from start to finish.We had the best time and can’t wait to come back.
