We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool was a great bonus. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others

Great place to stay especially for big families. Adult children enjoyed fishing off the pier and everyone enjoyed the pool area. Thankful that we were able to take our furbabies with us to enjoy our family vacation. Loved that every bedroom (with the exception of the bunk room) had king beds. Double ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers and microwaves came in handy when cooking. The beach is across the street but a short walk to a beach access area.

Sunset Oasis

Spacious accommodations for our large family. First year of not staying “on the beach,” so the commute was an adjustment. Having the elevator and plenty of room on the ground floor simplified things. As far as not lugging sand-covered ice chests, wagons, etc up stairs. Well thought out and planned out beach house with bathrooms in every room plus washer/dryers on multiple floors. Definitely recommend for those with larger, adult aged families where private bedrooms are a must.

Beautiful and Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay and the elevator was a must. My 89 year old parents were with us and was able to get them up and down from bedrooms to living room areas without any hassles. We enjoyed the deck at the end of the pier and enjoyed the little sandy area by Little Lagoon. Some of our party did some swimming and walking on the area as well as a little fishing from the pier. It was relaxing to just sit on the deck and watch the activities on Little Lagoon and the sunset was breathtaking. Booking, checking in, and leaving were very easy. We did a lot of cooking for everyone so the extra stove and fridge was great. Would definitely rent again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay.The home is beautiful,it has modern decor and appliances There is also an elevator to help with packing,elderly, or disabled individuals.The space,OMG,there is definitely enough room for an extremely large family or group.The kids didnt get in the way at all.The beach is literally across the street but there is about a 2 minute walk there.However it is worth it because its like you have private beach access.We had no one close to us.There is also some beach accessories that your able to use for your day at the beach.There's a pier for the fishers.My dad bought is fishing poles and some crabbing stuff and really enjoyed waking up super early to go out to fish.The home was clean and well stocked with cooking needs.The kids also enjoyed the pool available and made use of it every chance they got.The check in and out process was really easy and convenient as well.We plan to book this home or one like it by Prickett Properties for our next visit.

Change of scenery

After the original place we reserved got sold, we were offered other choices for the same price we were paying for the first one. The place we ended up with was so great, Sunset Oasis. It was on a lagoon with a boardwalk. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It fit our party of 14 nicely and we especially loved having our own bathrooms, which is a huge plus with a big family! I enjoyed that questions and problems were handled quickly. We had encountered a door handle to a balcony that broke. They were easily contacted and a maintenance crew was sent over promptly. The only real bummer was a house being built right next door. That was a little annoying being woken up by hammering early every morning, but wasn't about to let it damper our amazing trip and time with family. It really was a nice change of scenery.
