We do want to clarify that the washing machine was repaired the day after your arrival, and we did send someone out to address the dishwasher, although unfortunately it could not be repaired during your short stay. We’re always working to address maintenance and cleaning concerns promptly and appreciate the feedback as we continue to improve the guest experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Tina. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The kitchen sink itself was fully functional; however, the food disposal was not working properly during her visit. Our maintenance was schedule to fix it during her stay, but unfortunately forgot due to a scheduling oversight. Regarding the dryer, it was operational once pulled slightly away from the wall, which we communicated during her stay and they were able to use it. Both toilets and the grill were checked after her stay and they are functioning properly. We tried arranging a phone call with Tina during her stay to assist, but we never got a response.
