Phoenix V is typically a favorite with our guests, and this condo has received a great deal of positive feedback over the years. We understand, though, that décor and furnishings are very much a matter of personal preference, and this particular condo may simply not have been your style. Regarding the beach service, it is just that — a service. Guests are paying for the convenience of having chairs and umbrellas set up for them. That fee does not purchase beachfront real estate or guarantee a specific view or position along the water. Guests who prefer to be closer to the shoreline are always welcome to bring their own setup and choose the spot that best suits them. We’re sorry Phoenix V wasn’t the right fit for your group. Should you return to the area, we’d be happy to recommend a property with a more updated style that may be a better match for what you’re looking for.

We understand how that can affect a good night’s rest after a day of fun in the sun, and we're sorry that happened during your stay. While we aim to prevent these issues, sometimes maintenance tasks are necessary when things arise. That said, we're glad you enjoyed the location, the beautiful views, and all that the Phoenix 5 amenity package has to offer. We also appreciate your patience with the maintenance team—it’s not ideal that it took a couple of visits, but we’re glad we were able to address it for you. We also apologize that the extra blankets and full kitchen setup were missed during your Quality Inspection. If we had known, we would have been happy to provide the blankets for you. Rest assured, we’ll pass these details along to the Property Care Manager for follow-up. We hope that despite these few hiccups, you were still able to enjoy your beach vacation. Cody, we appreciate your feedback and that you did contact us when you arrived giving us the opportunity to quickly address your concerns. As you mentioned, you chose to remain rather than move to one of our other available condos. The agreement that was worked out also consisted of some compensation. We always strive to provide an excellent guest experience and apologize that you encountered less than that. Every effort was made by management to ensure that you and your family were able to enjoy your stay with us.
