Mindy, we are very sorry to hear this. We are looking into the issue in the basement immediately & will install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness. We have never had any negative feedback regarding this home, so we are so sorry you were not satisfied. I wish you would have reached out so we could have attempted to make your stay better.

Hi Christopher, We are glad you were happy with the property itself. Again, we apologize about the AC, due to the Holiday weekend, our hands were tied due to the HVAC company being out of the office, even with multiple calls we didn't have much luck getting them to respond to us.
