Blue House Bungalow,10 mins to Baylor and downtown Waco. Pet friendly!
Blue House is a comfy, stylish home base to easily visit all of Waco! Easy access to I-35 providing a straight shot to Magnolia, McLane Stadium, and the Baylor campus. The master suite has a king bed, its own private bathroom, and 40" TV. The second bedroom has queen-size bed. The third bedroom offers two twins. Open concept great room has common space including kitchen, dining, and living area with smart 50" TV. Back yard has large covered patio w/ 2 tables, gas grill, and privacy fence. The entire property is fenced, including the front yard, making it a great place for pets.
We provide stylish modern white linens in the master (king) bedroom and the queen bedroom. The third bedroom offers two twin beds. One is a standard twin; the other is an XL twin. Parking includes carport for two vehicles. The carport also has a motion-sensor light for late arrivals.
The property is not completely "child-friendly" in that there are lamp cords that children need to watch out for. But we love children and want to welcome them if you feel comfortable with that one issue. Also, for a $25 fee, we can provide a pack and play with sheets.
While Waco has lots of great eateries, the kitchen is fully equipped for you to eat at home, along with a gas grill for cooking on the back patio.
Our make-ready crew uses sanitizing cleaning supplies to thoroughly disinfect highly used surfaces. We also use pet-safe cleaning supplies for the pet bowls. The fenced yard is an extra amenity for guests with pets.
We take pride in making things as clean and comfortable as possible for your ease of mind. We hope you will enjoy our quality linens, beds, and beautiful furniture and decor throughout the home.
The entire house, fenced yard, and covered carport are available to all guests.

George and Amy are both Baylor University graduates. George is a Waco native and a property developer, real estate broker, and property manager. We have been blessed with almost three decades of marriage and four kids (along with the spouses of the older two). We enjoy our family, friends, and travel.

We acquired Blue House along with land for development and decided it would make a charming, comfortable place for Waco-area visitors with its proximity to all things Waco visitors love to visit, like Baylor University, Chip and Joanna Gaines' Magnolia-related sights and restaurants, the Dr Pepper Museum, the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, and the world-class Cameron Park Zoo, to name a few.
We are proud to call Waco our home, for Waco has treated us well, being a great place to raise a famly where the community models the quieter life of days gone by.

With three bedrooms, Blue House is a value for families and small groups who appreciate amenities a home and full kitchen have to offer. Newly renovated, Blue House is comfortable in so many ways: quality bedding, tasteful furniture, fluffy towels, and other details that will make guests feel at home.
The fenced yard gives a feeling of privacy and the back yard is a nice home-away-from home for pets.
