This was hands-down the nicest and easiest rental we’ve experienced, and we’ve stayed in many. The home is gorgeous and accommodating, communication was perfect, and the checkout was more than reasonable. The location is private, yet easy to get to anywhere in the area quickly. We loved it so much!

The cabin was great, a perfect size for our family. It is centrally located making it easy to head towards Pigeon Forge or to downtown Gatlinburg. Nice view of Anakeesta from the back deck. Plenty of bear activity as we saw 2 bears wandering the neighborhood during our stay! Communication is great! David provides information when he says he will and communicates with you before, during and after your stay. Any questions asked were answered quickly!

We had very specific requirements due to the fact our mom has mobility issues. There was just one step up into the property, two masters on the main and a covered back deck. The whole experience was seamless from booking to our departure. Located just a couple miles outside of the main strip of Gatlinburg. Thanks for being a great host!

Everything was wonderful! David was quick to respond to any questions that we had and the cabin had everything that we needed. The area is quiet, yet close to downtown.

This cabin was awesome-great location and easy to find. It was the perfect size for two families with kids. From the time we booked the reservation through checking out, David would message helpful and timely information, which we greatly appreciated. Both the check-in and checkout processes were easy. The ticket package was also easy to set up and use. Highly recommend this rental.

It’s a beautiful cabin with a gorgeous view. The host is very responsive with communication on the VRBO link they will provide. The starter supplies provided are helpful, as are the tips and deals they provide. The hot tub was a hit! We were glad the cabin has smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, adjustable thermostat, and a dishwasher. This was a family vacation and we had a blast. There’s a charcoal BBQ grill, but we didn’t get to use it. Didn’t see any bears.

We try to do this once a year with our family. We all enjoyed our stay this year especially. Beautiful cabin, everything we needed was there . Will highly recommend this to anyone wondering if they’d enjoy themselves. We have an 8 year old autistic grandson and he absolutely loved it and enjoyed Dollywood too.

This is a beautiful cabin. We had 4 adults and 3 small children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The cabin was clean and well equipped with a nice starter kit of a few supplies when we arrived such as bath soaps, shampoo, shower gel, small container of dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods , a couple laundry pods and paper towels. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking and has a Keurig as well as a coffee pot with flavored syrups and Kcups. There were plenty of bathrooms, bath towels and even beach towels for the hot tub. A washer and dryer was also included. The 2 large decks on the 1st and second floors provided for quiet mornings for a cup of coffee or fun time with the family. The only reason I could not give 5 stars was because of an issue with the water heater that happened twice. The owner, David, was excellent with communicating with me the entire time and sent a technician to fix it. It worked for a day but then stopped working again the morning we left. David was notified and I am sure he will get it taken care of as soon as possible. He was an excellent host and I recommend this cabin for your stay in Gatlinburg.

A weekend in the Smokies

We had a wonderful time this weekend in Gatlinburg and the cabin helped us to enjoy our time together. The cabin was clean and has a rustic look. The hosts were very communicative and offered many different ideas to enjoy our time there. Everyone in our party was pleased with the place. It was ultimately cheaper than what we would have expected to pay for a hotel of equal rating when you break down the cost per couple.

The cabin was amazing! The kitchen has all utensils you’ll need. Extra bathrooms on each floor and a beautiful balcony on both levels. I was able to communicate with the host with no issues. I’ll be coming back with a bigger group next year and hopefully I can stay at a property just as amazing as this one.

This property met all of our expectations beautifully. It was large enough for our family of eleven. The covered decks were where we hung out the most. The kiddos found the video games to be their favorite! We were even blessed to see a small bear our last evening.

This cabin was awesome! My family and I fell in love with it as soon as we walked in! This cabin excelled at everything; from the booking price to the location of the cabin; to the cabin feeling super cozy and fun! Everything was wonderful!! The cabin felt like home away from home!!
