We’re sorry to hear about your experience, especially since you didn’t end up staying at the home. While we respect your feedback, it’s a bit challenging for us when a review reflects a stay that didn’t actually happen, as it may not accurately represent the home or the experience we work hard to offer our guests. Wishing you all the best with your future travels. Best regards, Carl and team

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location. However, we are truly sorry that the cleanliness, and the performance of the AC did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. Since your stay, we have reviewed these issues in detail with the cleaning company, maintenance, and management teams. We are taking corrective actions to address any damages, reinforce our cleaning standards, and ensure that the AC units are properly serviced and promptly attended to if any concerns arise during a guest’s stay. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest, and we regret that this was not fully the case for you and your party. We appreciate your honesty, as it helps us improve, and we remain committed to offering a better experience to all future guests. Best regards, Carl and team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate that you informed us about the issue with the TV. However, we were not made aware of the other concerns you mentioned. We always strive to address any issues as soon as possible during our guests stay. Also, as mentioned in the check-in information sent weeks prior to your arrival. This home can park around 6-7 cars in the driveway, parking at the resort is managed entirely according to the resort’s own policies. Unfortunately, we are not able to make exceptions or changes to these rules, as they are outside of our control. Best regards, Carl and team
