We had a family wedding in the area. This home offered us the ability for 7 adults and 2 dogs to all stay together. We settled in quickly and felt very comfortable. It was very clean and convenient. Two mornings while walking we saw deer. We would recommend staying in here

Kitchen was well stocked, love the open concept of the living roo. Dining area and kitchen. It's great! Bedrooms all wonderful. The bonus game room area is great for a rainy day. Nice little deck. Beautiful landscaped yard. Plenty of parking and close to thr lake and pool.Love it! We will be back.The Allen Family 2026

Great property! Great Hosts!

From booking, to our stay everything was great! Hosts were a message away always helpful with questions. The house was perfect with plenty of information to make the trip easy. I will definitely be looking to book in future. Can’t say enough positive things!!

Property worked great for us. Being contractors that are working out of town, the house and layout worked great for us. Extra Fridge in garage , grill, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Will stay again

Very spacious and family friendly

The double bunk bed room is prefect for children to sleep but also have room for a lot of activities. And a table for board games. Very cool location. Will definitely book again.

Relaxed Weekend in White Mountains

We had an enjoyable stay! The check-in process was seamless, and Matt was very responsive to a couple of our questions while preparing for our trip. The property was clean, with more than enough supplies (towels, linen, etc.), and the instructions around the home were also easy to follow. We will certainly consider coming back in the future for a winter or summer getaway!

Matt & Meghan were great hosts and their property was beautiful! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and bedrooms were clean, beds made with bath towels provided on each— I have very sensitive skin so don’t think the fragrance free detergent went unnoticed lol! Any possible questions we had were very quickly answered and you can just tell the hosts love what they do. My group had a great time and everyone kept raving about how cute and cozy the home felt! Thank you guys again for an awesome stay!

Property was well maintained and very nice. Only issue was supposed to have A/C and they were removed for the season early so we had several days in the high 70's and this was hard on our elderly dog.

Great stay!

This house is an excellent place for families! The downstairs has a great set with the sectional, tv and shuffleboard! Please know that there are stairs required to get to the main part of the house, which were challenging for my 80 year old parents. Also there is no or very limited cell service at the house, so you are dependent on the WiFi. Matt is an excellent house! Would definitely stay again.

Stay in NH

We had a wonderful time at the house, 8/3-8/10/24, the house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped and furnished. We had a few storms that rolled thru during our stay and Matthew the owner was quick to give us updates on the status of any electric outages and answer all our questions. There are basically 3 floors so stairs to each, no problem for our family but wanted to point that out. The location is great, close to the lake, good for walks, etc. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to rent again.

Nice house.

One Porch with no chairs, then chairs under porch covered with cobwebs. Grass high in back yard, and then there was a locked room in my grandkids room which freaked my daughter out. The child did love it! Nice house, nicely furnished.

Thank you for the feedback Cynthia! Our guests help us make us better hosts! We have moved the patio set up to the deck to provide seating and hopefully avoid some of the cobwebs. Our landscaping company comes every two weeks, hopefully the higher than average grass didn’t keep you from enjoying the fire pit. Not sure how to remedy the storage closet which holds backup supplies and linens, maybe a “no monsters” sign? Open to ideas! I’m glad you and your family enjoyed your stay and would be welcome back anytime.

The house was a perfect landing spot. We were unfortunately there for a funeral, and this house was so spacious for the four of us to stay. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, grill was amazing, and it was quiet and peaceful. 10/10 recommend staying here. Matthew was very responsive and helpful with questions.
