Pier Pointe West 3A2 also known as The Savvy Sea Breeze is a Second Floor Oceanfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo offering a Living Area that faces the ocean and includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy the Dining Area and Large Kitchen with bar seating, wet bar area, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker - bring your own pods for your favorite beverage of choice! Covered deck with furniture and beautiful views. Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed and a Full Bath with a Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall.
Amenities Include: 1 Color Cable TV, DVD Player & Stereo w/CD Player. Central HVAC. In Unit Washer/Dryer.

The Pier Pointe Condo Community is nestled in the beautiful town of Emerald Isle! These condominiums offer a slew of awesome amenities that the whole family will be sure to enjoy! Each building at Pier Pointe is 3 stories high and contains 6 units. Please note that elevators are not available at this location.

Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
