Awesome beach house. Just a few houses away from the beach access and an easy walk. Close to the public boat launch too. The pool was clean and well taken care of. Not a single complaint.

Absolutely meticulous and beautiful place! The access to the pool and hot tub were just some of the highlights of this wonderful place. Beach access was a smooth couple minute walk. I thought to myself that I couldn’t imagine vacationing anywhere else! I wish there were more dates available because this place is perfection! Thank you so much for hosting us and I CANT wait to come back !

Such a cute spot for a couple looking to get away for a while. Well appointed clean space and Nicole was an excellent host. Happy to have celebrated my birthday at this awesome spot.

I never leave reviews but I simply must this time.I booked the ground floor for the week of my 60th birthday, 10.11 thru 10.17. I must point out that it was out of season so remember that for my comments.I LOVED my time in Emerald Isle. Hurricane Matthew ruined my beach plans for my 50th, so I was a little gun shy and probably came off as high maint but Nicole was wonderful. She was always available, especially during the stay. There were no problems but I did have a few questions while I was there and she was very prompt in her responses.Both of my travel days were overcast and / or slight rainy so it was perfect as I didn't feel I was missing out on any beach days. The rest of the days were perfect. The sun was out, temp in high 70's to low 80's and the nights were perfect. While they cooled down some, I didn't need a jacket. I couldn't believe how well I slept each night. The first full night I feel asleep at 10pm (unheard of for me) and did not wake up until 10am the next day. Each day, I woke up, took a walk around the wonderful neighborhood and was in the backyard pool around 10am each morning. Stayed until around 2 each day and then took my wagon down to the beach until time for dinner. The beach was so breezy but just perfect so I didn't get hot. Had dinner and was back in the pool and hot tub until I came in for bed. I couldn't have had a better time. Nicole let me check out the upstairs and I WILL be renting the whole space in the future.

Wonderful home in a wonderful location. The suite has the perfect amount of space for two travelers. Kitchen has everything you would need. Nicole is the perfect host. Had a couple of minor issues and Nicole offered alternatives and information almost immediately. Communication was super easy as was check-in. We highly recommend this home and host.

Birthday

My husband and I stayed at this property this past weekend for my birthday and it was wonderful! It was so convenient, it was so clean and very comfortable! We look forward to our next visit. The host Nicole was Amazing she left a very yummy birthday cake in the fridge.

Quick trip to see our daughter

This well appointed one bedroom apartment was perfect for our trip! There was enough room to have my daughter and a couple friends over, along with a nice covered sitting area right outside to socialize. The front area/room allowed my husband to work with separation (like an office). The kitchen had everything we needed (but you can’t cook bacon). We will definitely stay here again!
