Just steps to The Village Pavilion (with its pools, tennis courts, and more) and the golf course's clubhouse, this fantastic two-story townhome offers great accommodations within minutes to the beach. In addition to its screened porch and open deck, the homeâ€™s main level features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a primary suite. The top floor is home to the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes is surrounded by 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles from the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55/PER PERSON/PER WEEK (subject to change)

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
