Luxury 5BR Townhome Minutes to Disney & Universal
Elevate your Orlando vacation at our 5 BR, 4.5 BA luxury townhome. The townhome sleeps 10 and features themed Harry Potter, Marvel, and Mickey bedrooms plus two master bedrooms that are ideal for peace and quiet after a long day at the parks. Relax alongside your own private pool, game on our retro Nintendo, or take a short walk to the Windsor Island Resort clubhouse where you can enjoy a pool, lazy river, children's water play area, mini golf, an arcade, a bar & restaurant & so much more.
First Floor
The first floor provides a level entry and includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom with walk-in shower, open concept kitchen/living room/dining room, and full sliding glass doors that open to the lanai, outdoor dining space, and private pool. There is an outdoor half-bath adjacent to the lanai.
Second Floor
The second floor offers:
- a game room with retro Nintendo gaming system
- a queen Mickey-themed bedroom with an en suite bath with walk-in shower
- a relaxing and tranquil king master bedroom with an en suite bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower
- a Harry Potter-themed bedroom with two twin beds
- a Marvel-themed bedroom with two twin beds
- a full bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combination and dual sinks
- a washer and dryer
All bedrooms have Roku TVs and ceiling fans. The living room and game room both have Roku TVs.
Must-Know
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes:
- a Keurig dual brew (you can use beans OR pods)
- a blender
- a toaster
- pots & pans
- cooking utensils
- kids' plates, cups, and silverware
- acrylic drinkware for pool area
- food storage containers
We also offer:
- pool towels
- black towels (for makeup removal)
- 3 hair dryers
- an iron and ironing board
- a Joovy Room2 playard
Guests can access the entire home. Guests do not have access to locked owners' closets.
John, Becky, and the housing manager are available 24x7.

We're seasoned travelers and parents to four kids under 12, so we know the elation and exhaustion that accompanies family vacations. We wanted to create a home that feels like home and takes your Orlando vacation to the next level.
Perché ha scelto questa struttura
We love the amenities and proximity to attractions that Windsor Island Resort has to offer. It's close to the parks and attractions we want to see, but also allows us to 'decompress' from the hustle and bustle of the parks in a relaxed, upscale setting. When the kids get tired of the private pool, they can head to the clubhouse and play in the lazy river or on the water slides while we watch over them from a lounge chair or cabana. And when we want a Starbucks in the morning or need to pick up a last minute grocery item, we're just 1/2 mile from the stores and restaurants we need.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
It was really important to us that it feels like home -- our home! It has the fun rooms for the kids to enjoy and tastefully decorated living areas and rooms for the adults to relax in after a hard day at the park! The looks on our kids' faces when they saw the bedrooms (and the ensuing battles over the Harry Potter and Marvel rooms) meant that we got it right for the kids. And for us, relaxing on the lanai with a coffee or drink, surrounded by greenery, is the perfect start or end to any busy Orlando day.
