This luxurious home is a vacation dream with an enormous open concept living and kitchen area, with a giant custom dining table that makes room for everyone to enjoy mealtime, extra seating at the beautiful granite bar, for the entire group to enjoy! The chef's kitchen is well stocked with every cooking amenity you can think of. It has a gas range, microwave, crockpots, cookware, plenty of plates, utensils, children's dinnerware.... It has all been well thought out and is ready for you to do your kitchen magic! There is even an under counter ice maker and a wine fridge!

There is a great selection of board games.
There is a picnic table downstairs along with a ping pong table and
a bag toss game!

With 4 master bedroom ensuites with King beds, A queen bunk room with 2 Queen/Queen bunks, a bunk room with 2 Twin/twin bunks beds, this house is ready for your group and all you need to bring is your clothes! The sleeping areas are all comfy and inviting with updated decor. Each bedroom has a tv and a private bath.

Events are allowed WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. Prom groups are allowed, max 20 guests, 3 of the guests must be parents staying on the property. There will be an additional, non-refundable event fee of $1000, this will need to be added after booking. Please contact us for approval before booking.
We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
Must be 25 yrs. old to book.
Pets are not allowed.
There is parking available in the driveway for up to 7 vehicles.
We do not supply beach chairs or umbrellas. We will have beach towels available.
Located across the ferry from Galveston, TX on the Bolivar Peninsula, in Crystal Beach, near barrel 37.
As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
