This was a perfect get away for our family! The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed (including beach gear). We enjoyed being walking distance from shopping, dining, and the music festival. Oval Beach is wonderful and just a short drive away.

Grandview Cottage

Grandview Cottage was a beautiful and spacious property for our group of 10. There were plenty places to hang out around the house, from the second story lounge area to a big back yard which was perfect for lawn games. We appreciated the 5 minute walk to several restaurants on the water. Our group is already talking about booking again for next year!

Grandview Cottage was perfect for our 1st trip to Saugutuck. Our family of 9 adults and 3 children loved the home. The den, upstairs loft and screened in porch provided lots of extra living space. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and very cozy! We will be back!!

A beautiful home in a great location! It was perfect for our extended family vacation. It’s located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood and is just a short, enjoyable walk to downtown. We couldn’t find an ironing board, but other than that, we really loved this spacious house. We spent a lot of time in the screened-in back patio where we watched squirrels, bunnies, baby deer, birds, and an occasional neighborhood cat. Would highly recommend this lovely property!

Beautiful property

Loved the refurbished property and all the small details that are included… such a huge help and savings not to bring / buy several one-time use items! The fire pit was a great time, location is supremely walkable to the town and all it has to offer. Would definitely stay again the next time we come to town.

We LOVED it!

Thank you for hosting us! This house was perfect for 8 ladies celebrating our bride-to-be! The house is beautiful and everyone said this is where they want to stay if/when they come back. We felt very taken care of with the robes, the coffee/tea bar, the very-well stocked kitche, the kitchen layout diagram, and the look/feel of the house was unmatched. Thank you!!

Simply the best!

I rented Grandview with four good friends for a girls’ fall weekend trip. This house offers everything we could’ve ever hoped for- a short walk to downtown Saugatuck, a cottage vibe with luxe amenities, a stocked chef’s kitchen and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms! We will be making this an annual event, if it doesn’t book up first!

We were thrilled with our experience at the Gardenview Cottage. It was better than we expected, there were so many thoughtful touches from the robes in each room to the coffee selection and recommendations for local attractions. We had one issue come up while we were there and the management group got us in touch with the owner promptly even though it was a weekend, and he was very helpful. We used BabyQuip to rent a crib for our time there and it was very affordable (of course we did stay there in early May, which is busy but not peak season). The house is in a lovely neighborhood and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the downtown shops and the waterfront. There are some areas without sidewalks, or areas where you need to go on the road to avoid stairs if you have a stroller, but this was very doable.

The best time!

We had the BEST time at Grandview Cottage! The location was amazing and the house was absolutely gorgeous. It was so well-appointed - it had everything we needed to have an amazing weekend, and more! The kitchen was well-stocked, the coffee/tea bar was awesome, there were games for the adults and kids, gorgeous linens & towels (including beach towels!) - I could go on and on. It was one of, if not THE best, stays we've had in Saugatuck. We will definitely be back!

Grandview Cottage was lovely in every way. We were walking distance to nearly everything. The grandchildren loved their bedrooms, the fire pit and backyard, and proximity to the Village Square playground. We were able to walk to the chain ferry and ride across the river and then walk up the 303 stairs at Mount Baldhead, then down the dunes to the beach. Super quiet neighborhood and so many choices for meals, yet we enjoyed the kitchen amenities for eating at home, too! Bravo!

Beautiful House!!!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and every detail thought through. So many places to hang out, the porch was great to sit with our coffee in the morning even in the cold. The management company was very communicative and shared a great guidebook before we got there filled with things to do which was awesome. Will definitely look at Art Coast properties again! Thank you!
