Hi Hilda, so sorry you were disappointed, the beds are meant to be dated for the theme, but the mattresses are brand new.

For us it was just right. The property was well kept and attractive. The inside was clean and had a surprisingly decor (it was nice). It will definitely be a place we’ll want to stay at again.

Great Place To Unwind

This is a clean, quiet place to get away and relax. It's obvious the owner wants the guests to be relaxed and have fun during their trip. The home has plenty of "just in case" items a traveler may have forgotten. The area is quiet and the neighbors are very respectful.

Just right!

We had plans in Mountain City and this stay was just what we needed. Our plans changed and we were able to be flexible. There are great restaurants nearby and a grocery store and well stocked kitchen and dishes should you stay in. The porches are lovely and have sweet night lights. Plenty to explore nearby if you wish.

Wagon Wheel Wonderland

The host was friendly, helpful, and accessible. The property was well-supplied, tastefully yet playfully decorated, and accessible to the amenities of the local town, yet secluded and very serene. Not only would we recommend this property, but we also plan several return trips.
