This place was the perfect spot for our family! Extremely clean, easy check in and very cozy. Lulu was so friendly and communicated very quickly. All the beds were extremely comfortable which is a BIG deal! We brought our boat and jet ski. It was very convenient to put in at a boat ramp nearby. The cove was quiet and calm so we could swim and float for hours. Our kids really enjoyed the paddle boards. We will definitely be back!

Aly, it was a pleasure having your family as our guests. I take pride in knowing you found it extremely clean and comfortable. That’s the kind of home away from home I’m striving for. I feel like I’ve met some new friends from texting and talking to you. What really impressed me was your husband calling to see if I wanted him to water the new sod and my roses. I loved the pictures and videos you sent me and it looked like everyone was having fun , especially the kids. Making memories and relaxing is what it’s all about. Our host Sandra was very Sweet and made sure we felt welcomed!! Loved the short time we stayed there. IThe home was clean and the view of the lake was so peaceful and the kids enjoyed making snores on the fire pit!! Thanks Sandra for the gift basket and treats you left we appreciated it !!

Great getaway

Mrs. Lulu was an awesome host who was so welcoming and helpful. The home was very cozy and comfortable. The area seemed to be a great fishing sport. If you want a remote quiet home away from home, this is it!

The home was immaculate and most beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you could need. Ms. Sandra was the most gracious and kind hostess. We enjoyed our visit.

We have big plans for the near future, problem is, finding the right person that will come give us estimates and actually come do the work! Beautiful, comfortable home, the owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, provided lots of great information about the area and their home. We had everything we needed, so much more was provided than in usual rentals, you can tell this is a home away for them as well. They welcomed us with two goody baskets and stayed in contact incase we needed anything or had any questions. The boathouse is perfect, large dock to lay around, toys for the water, beautiful fire pit for star gazing. Cannot say enough how perfect this property is, exactly what we needed and wanted!

This rental was AMAZING! Lulu, the owner, thought of everything. She even provided a goodie basket with snacks for the kids, and adult kids with a sweet tooth. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it came with all the necessities. The fire pit or the dock down by the water is THE PLACE to be early in the morning when it’s still cool outside. It’s the most relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. At night, we did s’mores by the fire pit, listened to a little music and relaxed, which was a lot of fun. Firewood was provided! The property is pet friendly and tucked away in a quiet cove, but close to many things by boat. We were allowed access to their paddle boards, fishing poles, even a golf cart, which was extremely helpful when bringing our things back up the hill to the house. We will definitely be returning and recommend this lake house to all of our friends. Definitely a 10/10 rating

The McNeal Lakefront property exceeded every expectation! Nestled on beautiful Lake Sinclair, just about 30 minutes from Milledgeville, it was the perfect place for our family to relax and reconnect. We had just picked up our son after he completed three intense weeks of Coast Guard Academy orientation/boot camp before beginning his year at GMC, and this peaceful lakeside retreat was exactly what we all needed.From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, Sandra was an incredible host. She was warm, accommodating, and wonderfully flexible with our arrival and departure times, which meant so much given our unique circumstances. She truly thought of everything—even welcoming us with snacks, all the fixings for s'mores, and a ready supply of firewood so we could enjoy the fire without any extra errands.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after long days. We loved spending time on the lake, floating on the paddleboards, fishing, and simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.This wasn't just a vacation rental—it was a place where our family made special memories together during an important milestone in our son's life. We absolutely plan to return as often as we can before he leaves for the Academy. The host was great and extremely communicative. We had no issues during our stray and found it to be a wonderful retreat and the perfect getaway for time to unwind. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat and having it delivered to the private dock right out the back door. Would recommend and stay here again! Five stars all the way!

The house was exceptionally clean and had all of the comforts of home. The dock was perfect for our boats and we had a blast swimming in the quiet cove. Our host made sure that we were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.
