Welcome to Summer House 304B, your stunning beachfront getaway overlooking the white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama! This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 3rd floor offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and mesmerizing sunsets right from your balcony.

Step into the living room and relax on the large sectional sofa while taking in direct views of the Gulf. The Primary bedroom features a comfortable King bed, while the second bedroom offers a Queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with a set of Full-sized bunk beds, a Twin trundle, and a Full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for your entertainment.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, which includes both a regular and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your meals on the fabulous balcony furniture, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. With a 65" TV in the living area and free WiFi throughout the condo, you'll have all the comforts of home at your fingertips.

Summer House offers an array of amenities designed for relaxation and fun. Dive into the large, split-level outdoor pool or enjoy the tranquility of our indoor heated pool. Unwind in the sauna or hot tub, and take advantage of our covered poolside gazebo for a peaceful retreat. Stay active with our state-of-the-art fitness room, Omni tennis courts, putting green, and basketball court. Plus, the little ones will love the children's playground.

Great time

Had an issue with the door code changing during the trip. Called host - was fixed within a few minutes while on the phone - customer service was great. Property was clean and everything you could have asked for in a beach vacation. Pool was closed and there was construction- hosts notified us well in advance and gave us the opportunity to cancel the booking for a refund (glad we didn’t). Would book again without question.
