Cozy, renovated home in a charming duplex cottage

This cozy, recently renovated family vacation suite is part of a charming duplex located in mid-Cape. Inside or outside, you will hear bird songs, the sound of crickets, the breeze in the trees, and will feel the ocean right next to you.
Ideal for families, the house offers two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, TV and central AC. The large bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet, and the smaller bedroom has two single beds. Linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided. There is a private laundry room (washer and dryer) in the basement. The suite comes with a spacious outdoor area including private patio with outdoor sitting and grill, front yard, two car driveway and access to a shared woodsy backyard and a stone fire-pit.
Nearby you will find many restaurants, various attractions and entertainment. The inflatable water park, the Pirate’s Museum and several mini golfs are some of many attractions (please check out our guest guide for more). Seagull Beach is about 3 min. away driving, 15 min biking and about 30 min walking. There are more public beaches in the area, as well as bike paths, ponds, parks and trails.
