This is a wonderful property. It had everything we needed for a family fishing trip. Plus, it’s only two blocks from the heart of Crystal Beach.

Location is great easy to get to the beach or get out to the main road to go do other attractions. Friendly clean nieghborhood overall great expirience.

We are especially concerned to hear about the condition of the refrigerator ice maker and understand how upsetting it would be to discover that after using the ice. We will address this with our cleaning team and reinforce our inspection procedures to ensure these areas receive the attention they require. Great location

It was an excellent location property management was great I would definitely recommend ensuring the place is clean overall prior to a stay. The pool was shut down permanently by city code due to an unfortunate fire ( I really hope everyone was okay) Other than that it was great! Really I would say this is a freat place to stay

Everything was great. But it would have been nice to have care packages for example like coffee. Toiletries like an extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice. Other than that it was fine

very spacious and great location

this place was great! as far as the location to beach and pool and a lot of activities/food. the house was very spacious and fun to be in. a couple of things could have been improved on. the floor was kinda dirty the first day we got there. the internet didn’t stay connected and the master bedroom tv wouldn’t work. we had a lot of fun and place to use this place again!

Our stay was incredible! You can’t beat the location or size of the property. It was clean and well cared for. My only tiny complaint is that there was no extra paper products stored such as paper towels and toilet paper.
