Porta la tua barca in questa casa con 3 camere da letto / 3 bagni recentemente rinnovata con 50 piedi di attracco in acque profonde e una piscina RISCALDATA personalizzata. House può ospitare comodamente 8 persone con 1 letto king size, 2 letti matrimoniali e due divani letto. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato annesso. Adorerai svegliarti o rilassarti sull'acqua, poiché l'unica cosa che separa la casa dall'acqua è il molo. Master suite ha una vasca idromassaggio. Il porto di Boot Key è a sole 3 case lungo il canale. La casa è molto tranquilla e ha un centro benessere tropicale molto privato come una piscina nella parte anteriore con un bellissimo muro di pietra lastricato. Ti sentirai immediatamente in vacanza mentre ti siedi a bordo piscina, in kayak nel porto, a pescare nel canale, a fare un giro in bicicletta o a prendere la breve passeggiata di 3,5 miglia fino alla spiaggia di Sombrero. Siamo anche a pochi minuti dal ponte di 7 miglia se si desidera visitare il parco Bahia Honda o prendere il breve 45-50 minuti in auto a Key West. Spiacente, nessun parcheggio camper.

Si prega di chiamare o inviare un'e-mail se si desidera ulteriori foto (di solito entro un'ora). Si prega di notare l'acqua all'esterno delle porte scorrevoli in vetro sia nella camera familiare che nella camera da letto. Sei letteralmente sull'acqua! Prendiamo jack, dentici di mangrovia, cavedani, barracuda e grugniti dal molo per un pranzo veloce e pellicani e aironi si uniscono a te quando pulisci il pesce nella stazione di pulizia del cemento. C'è un kayak da pesca, un kayak da mare per 2 persone e 3 biciclette incluse nel noleggio. La spa riscaldata come la piscina situata nella parte anteriore della casa è fantastica con una panchina che corre lungo la sua lunghezza e una piscina più piccola separata in cui scorre la fontana. La piscina più piccola è l'ideale se si desidera allontanarsi dai bambini schizzi. Tutti i nuovi mobili, unità AC al piano di sotto ed elettrodomestici.

David was always very informative and went out of his way to help make our vacation week was wonderful!House was very clean and had many activities. We loved kayacking, swimming and fishing .Lots of room for the 5 of us to spread out. We would definitely stay again!! Close to many activities and restaurants.

Kids had an absolute blast using paddle boards and kayaks! Easy accessibility to ocean for our boat. Stories and restaurants close. The house was perfect for our large group. Owner was top notch with communication. We will definitely book next year

I love to hear that! It is the perfect place for paddleboards and kayaks as you have the mangrove rivers and the harbor to explore. And if you are adventurous, you can get to Sombrero beach or do the whole look around Boot Key, but take water! One of my favorite things to do is to pull into Burdine's on the boat on the way home and pick up two baskets of fries for everyone to enjoy as we cruise back to the house. Best fries and Arnold Palmers in the Keys!

We loved this house on a canal near seven mile bridge. It was easy to navigate out to the Atlantic Ocean. There were plenty of places to refuel and buy last minute snacks.

We had a great experience. Make sure to bring your toiletries and some small cleaning supplies. When we arrived we did not have any dish soap, garbage bags, or detergent.

As described. Excellent vacation home for our family. We used the pool, kayaks and paddleboards. Great location, central to all locations in Marathon and close enough to have a day trip to other islands. We would definitely stay here again.

The heated pool, while small, was absolutely wonderful! Lots of sun throughout the day, yet the patio table had shade where we enjoyed our lunches. Very nice accommodations and very convenient with a private bathroom for each of 3 bedrooms. Saw 2 manatees off the dock.

Place was nice. The pools kept the kids busy while we were there. Caught a barracuda and a nurse shark off the dock. Even had a visitor from a Manatee. Rented a boat for the week, no problems docking or getting to the 7 mile bridge. Fantastic house for the week.

We had a great time. It would have been nice if you could use any of the bathrooms without going through a bedroom. If possible a sliding door similar to the door that looks out on the canal. for the bedroom behind the kitchen would be a nice addition to the doorway leading from the kitchen to the sitting room

This was a very spacious home. The pool and multiple seating areas gave us a lot of variety to enjoy the outdoors. It was clean and comfortable. Nice place for multiple guests/couples with everyone having their own en-suite bathroom.

Family Getaway

Great location, great neighborhood, loved having a pool, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards to use!! Would definitely stay there again. Close to a great beach, grocery stores and restaurants.

Great vacation

Location could not be better with access to the water and great places to eat. Property was great and pool was better!

The house was beautiful, clean and in great condition. It was very well stocked, he thought of everything - kitchen appliances and accessories, kayaks, bikes, toys, games, there was always something to do. David is informative about how things worked in the house and what to do in the area, he was very responsive to any questions or needs. We had the best time and hope to come back again!

Yes that is me with Jimmy Buffett in Chicago! We live a very busy life with 3 kids and a lot of working. There is no better place to enjoy our down time than in the Keys. We searched for the right house for nearly 2 years and we always came back to this house.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The pool and the dock are fantastic. You can walk to Cuba coffee, Overseas, FL Keys Steak and Lobster House, Keys Fisheries and many of our other favorite places. Your boat can be parked a few feet from you at the house and it can be up to 45 feet long. It is one of the few places where you can kayak to bars and restaurants as well. Plus if you want to paddleboard or kayak, you have more than just the canal. You have all of Boot Key harbor, Sister Creek, the mangrove creeks in Boot Key and 1.5 miles to Sombrero Beach and I believe 7 miles around Boot Key in the shallows. It is truly unmatched for kayaking.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love the water. From sitting on the dock, snorkeling on the reefs, fishing, kayaking or just sitting at the pool, we have everything we need here. Unmatched for Kayaking, when the Atlantic is rough, you can easily get to the Gulf. You are 5 miles from Sombrero reef so you have some of the best snorkeling in the Keys and when you are not out and about, you have sun and shade on the property at all times so you can enjoy being outdoors all the time. With some luck and chum, you can even catch your limit on snappers off the dock. The entire property was given a face lift post Irma and looks amazing. The upstairs was painted and has new tile in 2023. Nothing is dated in this home. Large pool is always heated (small pool is not). The furniture, bikes, kayaks and SUPs (tried inflatables this time) are replaced regularly to keep everything fresh.
