A quick drive over the bridge brings you to Main Street in Biddeford with more awesome cafes, breweries and local shops. The property is dog friendly, featuring a patio area with outdoor seating & dining furniture.

This cozy coastal apartment accommodates 4 guests in 1 bedroom and a sofa bed located in the living room. The bedroom is on the second floor of the home and is fitted with a queen-size bed, a 32" Smart TV, a dresser and a work desk. Please note that there is not a door into the upstairs bedroom. The second floor is an open, loft-style layout.

There is one bathroom located on the second floor with a standing shower. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.
☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home.
The cute, stylish living room is the perfect spot to stream your favorite movies or shows. There is a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests, a small dining table which seats four, a 55" Smart Roku TV and a beautiful bay window that allows ample natural light to flow into the apartment.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The exterior area of this home boasts a shared backyard area which has a Solo Stove firepit, picnic table and outdoor furniture. There's also a locked, medium-sized storage unit in the shed for guest use to store any of their extra belongings.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. There is a washer and dryer located in its own small laundry room on the second floor of the apartment. The first floor has a heat pump for heat and AC. The bedroom upstairs has a window unit AC during warmer months, and there is an electric baseboard heater for colder months. The bathroom upstairs also has an electric heater for colder months. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway, as well as free street parking available. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home.
Please note there is a large run down Victorian home right next door that is owned by the City of Biddeford. It can cause a minor unsightly view once you're first getting to the property. The city is scheduled to start renovating the building in the summer of 2025 and we can't wait to see it restored to its original beauty!

- Guests must e-sign the TopHost Vacation Rentals property rental agreement in order to receive the access codes to the property. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us before booking.
- Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance.
- Our properties are always cleaned and turned over by highly-rated, professional housekeeping companies.
