Great property, a few hiccups, fell out of patio chair it is broken, they were supposed to come get it but did not, also people getting small burns, no potholders. Otherwise great property!

The property overall was very good. However, their was restorative work being done outside the unit which created alot of noise for 3 days, all day. All of this was being done without any prior notice from the host or owner. The work group were scaffolding, sawing, knocking, talking all day, it just made everything very noisy. After reporting everything, I was looking for the owner and host to provide some sort of customer accommodation to show understanding, but as of today, nothing still has been communicated.

Alisabeth was very understanding of our travel request and did an incredible job of helping us out!!! Thank you!!! Check-in was extremely seamless!! We were blown away with the property, and suite. It's the best we've been to and the accommodations provided were extremely useful and plentiful. I wish that we would've booked a few extra days,...but we'll Definitely be back!!! 10 out of 5 Experience!!!!

The advertisement was a little misleading, there is no water park or slides. I probably would have not booked it had I known prior to paying (my fault I should’ve dug deeper) the beach is about a 10 minute drive you are out of the hustle and bustle of the town. The property is beautiful, the pool is very large and there is a Publix just down the road!

The master bathroom toilet was stopped up upon arrival. There is no way the cleaning crew did not realize this was an issue while cleaning the unit. It took two days to get a plumber there to correct the issue and be able to use the toilet. (No compensation offered) Sheets were on inside out, a little odd. And you can tell the unit wasn’t vacuumed or swept thoroughly as we found candy wrappers and bobby pins. The unit wasn’t nasty but you can tell the cleaning crew either sped through the cleaning or they didn’t really know how to clean a unit properly. Overall though the furniture was all newer and the beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

Thanks for your feedback — and we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. The clogged master toilet and the delay getting a plumber are unacceptable. The cleaning team should have caught that before your arrival, and we’ll investigate why service took two days and take steps to prevent that in the future. We also apologize for the linens being inside out and the missed spots (wrappers, bobby pins). That’s not the standard we expect. We’ll address this with our housekeeping team, reinforce our cleaning checklist, and increase inspections prior to guest arrivals. Beautiful Bay View Condo

This our new favorite 2-bedroom unit at Reflections that we have stayed at. The unit was very clean, all updated appliances, the primary bedroom shower is amazing, kitchen is stocked with everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker. Both beds are very comfortable with plenty of sheets and fluffy pillows. We had a couple rainy days, and this unit is stocked with board games and 3 very nice TVs. The pool here is like no other. It even has a separate heated pool and hot tub so on the cooler days, we could still enjoy the pool area. I highly recommend this unit. It's clean, comfortable, has a great view and is well appointed in the kitchen. The decor is very nice, and we loved the added touch of several comfy blankets available for our use.

Be advised the building is being renovated and construction noise is a factor at this time. Pool in description is not the pool on property however the pool is fabulous , and there is a gas grill area if needed . Shout out to cleaning crew very clean ! Condo stocked with essentials needed . Kitchen well stocked ,saw comments about no oven mitts we added some. We love the sofa especially when found out they recline ! We love the condo it was very nice and will reserve again on our next visit to the area.
