Located on the Riverwalk in Historic Downtown Wilmington, our condo features the most stunning sunset views. Overlook the Cape Fear River right from your private balcony!

Walk to the dozens of restaurants, shopping & nightlife all within a few blocks of our condo.

The space features one bedroom with a comfy king-size bed, & a futon couch in the living room that equates to a full-size bed, comfortably sleeping 1-2 people, depending on their preference & size. We also have a full bathroom with a tub and shower, a fully stocked full size kitchen, a workspace and a dining area.

The location right above the Riverwalk / river and proximity to coffee houses, bars, and restaurants is excellent and although there is not on premises parking there are good options close by. The unit itself is clean but a little worn.

Amazing view and fabulous location!

We loved our stay in this cute apartment! The location is amazing. It is right on the Riverwalk and convenient to so many shops and restaurants. Even so, it was nice and quiet at night. But the crown jewel is the view of the river. We were obsessed with the balcony.The apartment is small but was perfect for the two of us. We were both able to work from the apartment with no issues. It was stocked with everything we needed, even basic sundries. We had a few minor issues but the owners were always super responsive. In short, we had a fantastic stay and would stay longer if we could!

Cape visit

Property was very nice on the river as stated. Walking distance to a lot great bars and restaurant's. The river walk is great and you can walk all over the main area of shops. The USS North Carolina is seen from the patio and lit up at night, this is a must visit. Like all tourist cities parking is costly but you can opt for public parking that is close walking distance to the property.

The location was so great and parking was so easy. The bed was so comfy and the view was just perfect and was so close to everything! Will be back!!

Great spot in the heart of waterfront

Lots of restaurants surrounding this location with some of the best food in Wilmington.

Great location!

Charming unit in the heart of downtown Wilmington. We walked everywhere! Loved the king-sized bed. Living room/kitchen are streamlined and simple in what they offer but fine for a weekend getaway. Balcony and view are beautiful!

Perfect location

Loved staying on the Riverwalk! Could walk to so many restaurants, shops and pubs! Right above Wilmington Water Tours so might want to do that! The condo was nice and spotless and had all we needed (we did not cook). Beautiful view of the sunset and great people watching from the balcony. The futon was very comfortable all night for someone who likes a firm bed. Parking on orange street was FREE but 3 hour max but only daytime monday through saturday. Could stay there after 6 without a limit. Highly recommend this rental. Will not be disappointed!

Weekend getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend visit to Wilmington and it was perfect! The property was exactly as listed and right on the river walk so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We were surprised by how quiet it was too considering it’s in the middle of downtown. Unfortunately for us, it rained most of the weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the balcony overlooking the river but the view was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Views! Great place.

Escape on the Cape was everything that was posted. Amazing views, waterfront was just steps away. so many places to dine and entertainment almost right there at your doorsteps. Unit was very clean and had all the amenities you would need for short or longer stays. Loved it and will be back.
