Perfect Getaway!

Short trip with my autistic son- just the two of us! Location was perfect! Unit was so clean and comfortable! Loved it!

The condo was great. The only thing Iwould say is that the floors were not very clean. When my grandson was running around barefoot his feet would be black. Just pointing this out to be helpful. Overall, the cleanliness of the condo was good! I would definitely stay again!! Great location! The Host was fantastic!

Lovely condo and location was perfect. The only negative is the rental office is not clearly stated in the emails. I stopped at 2 places before finding the correct one.

Friend Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The condo was everything it was advertised to be. Spacious, clean, with an amazing view from our balcony. The pool and lazy river were just perfect. We were only steps from the beach with a very nice walkway providing access. The area provides many wonderful restaurants to enjoy and shopping areas are plentiful! We enjoyed the Dead Dog Saloon, Hanser House, and Graham’s Landing as dinner choices. Each one was a short wait and the food and service was excellent. We highly recommend Bridgewater and the condo we rented.

Covered parking not marked for units. Anyone comes parks to go to the beach. Unit small, open door to bedroom, narrow space. Air conditioners 1 bedroom 1 living room were extremely loud. Had unrestful nights.Could not use balcony or pool due to pool pump motor sound (siren)Half Ocean front, Palm tree the other half. People slamming doors to close(the doors closed just fine gently). Very clean unit, had plenty towels and wash cloths. Jack and Jill bathrooms. For the money paid for 4 nights I don’t feel we got our money’s worth. But, I guess it’s because it’s Pawley’s Island. The positive was Huntington Beach Park and Brookgreen Gardens. Plenty of restaurants and a whole lot of bars. Just to be clear: No we did not call the rental office nor contacted the host. There was a security guard at pool/beach entrance. There is no way the siren sound was not heard. Maybe turned hearing aids off. Very nice board walk to the beach.

A Place With a View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from our stay at Litchfield Beach in Ocean Bliss and had a wonderful stay. The view was spectacular and the pools at Bridgewater were great. There was an independent Umbrella Service at the foot of the walkway to the beach that provided umbrellas and chairs daily or weekly and plenty of chairs and umbrellas at the pool as well. The lazy river and pools were clean and refreshing. The condo bedroom slept 4 comfortably with 2 queen beds but were a little tight maneuvering. The bathroom setup was very nice and the kitchen supplied all of our needs. There was no dishwasher; no washer or dryer in the unit but there was laundry room on the same floor operated with a credit card. Litchfield by the Sea is a huge complex and very walkable with nice paths and the beach is very wide to walk as well. If you are looking for a non commercial place to visit this is a great option! We ate at Hanser House twice and they take reservations! We also suggest Blue Sky for breakfast or lunch but they are only open until 2 pm. Next time we will spend more time south! Market Commons is great for eating and shopping and has Stone Theaters with great prices on movies when it rains- try Crepe Creations. Tide Life was great with answering our questions. Great vacation!
