Check in was very smooth,we arrived late at night. The room was nice but very basic and the decor didn’t really match up to the pictures which was fine it was clean, the only thing I really wasn’t happy about it was how damp the room felt, there was two dehumidifiers running in the room so it was obviously an issue, the dehumidifier set up next to the bed leaked everywhere and damaged my phone. We have stayed in the resort last year in a different room with another company and dampness wasn’t an issue at all so it’s a little concerning. Everything stayed damp and it smelled a little damp when we walked in. The resort is wonderful which is why we returned, close to the beach and the pool is lovely to relax in.

It is very convenient to the beach.. The resort is first class. The accolades stop there. Air units are wall units and not effective. Everything was wet. I am literally ill after staying 4 nights. May return to the resort, but not to these units.

Great location

Loved the location and amenities. Appreciated the extra towels and washcloths and upgraded sheets on the bed. The bed was very comfortable also.

Great Place to stay at the Beach

We absolutely loved the place. We've been looking for a place to stay at Litchfield by the Sea that is pet friendly for quite some time now. Exactly what we were looking for. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again.

Perfect location

Condo was in the perfect location and great view of the ocean. Enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to return again soon. The quick response to any questions were greatly appreciated.

Very convenient, updated condo that is pet friendly!

This condo is very clean, updated and convenient location to the beach for a short stay. Owner seems very guest focused, as he actually has a you tube to instruct tv usage.

Restful Retreat

I enjoyed the beautiful condo for a few days. I brought my Pomsky with me, and he had a blast playing in the waves. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a well organized and clean condo. The view is amazing from the balcony and the stay was very relaxing .
