Fantastic location on Killington Road! This is the upper level of a duplex, with 3 bedroom, 2 baths for your private use. It is directly across from the shuttle stop, and a few minutes from the main resort base. Walk to some of the best restaurants and night clubs. Relax in a large outdoor hot tub, BBQ, and connect with your friends in the main room. Enjoy streaming over the gigabit internet on one of the Roku TVs, or build a fire to gather around.
A large yet comfy duplex, refreshed in post-pandemic 2021. You will have the entire upper level, sitting on 1.1 acres on a prime location on Killington Road. This unit is perfect for a family or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking, leaf-peeping, and much more.
You will check-in on your own with a supplied keypad code. We will be available via the Airbnb app, text, or phone during your stay if you have questions.
The property has beautiful undeveloped forest in back and to the side. If the folliage is thin, you can see the ski slopes from the back porch. The Back Country Cafe is directly across the street, and is known as one of the best options for Breakfast (or lunch) in the area. It is also the location of Surefoot Ski Shop, and the only shuttle bus stop on Killington Road with a scheduled pickup time, so you can be sure to catch the bus to the slope if you choose to. Easy walks to The Foundry, iPie Pizzeria, and other destinations.
Also across the street is the only shuttle bus stop on Killington Road with a scheduled pickup time, so you can be sure to catch the bus to the slope if you choose to. Driving to the slopes is also just a few minutes.
Please note: If you need a pack 'n play or a high chair - these must be requested in advance. When you reach out to us, we can provide a link to request these for a fee via BabyQuip.
Please keep ski, snowboard, and outdoor equipment in the spacious entry areas.
Please respect the neighborhood by keeping outside noise to a reasonable level between 10pm and 7am.
Please cover the hot tub when not in use. You acknowledge that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using a hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury or other harm arising from or associated with the use of the hot tub and hold the owner and property manager harmless.
The bunk beds (should you choose to use them) have attached ladders to access the top level. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner and manager harmless for any injury or other harm resulting from the use of the ladders and bunk beds.
The use of fireworks is not allowed on this property.

Calvin Coolidge Homestead e Calvin Coolidge Historic Site sono due dei più importanti punti di riferimento della zona.
