~ BEDROOMS & BATHROOM ~
This recently remodeled cabin has 2 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with King beds. The Master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. On the other side of the room is a comfortable daybed that also has a trundle. Use this to keep the kiddos close while sleeping! This room also has a desk and chair for working and a large mounted HD TV.

The bathroom features a newly renovated standing shower and double sinks. The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The second bedroom also has a comfortable King bed and closet and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo so you can take a long, relaxing soak or a quick rinse in the shower.

The living room has a plush faux leather sofa that folds out into a comfortable Queen bed.

~KITCHEN & LIVING SPACE ~
The cabin enters into the spacious and bright living room which features 2 comfortable sofas, a large HD Roku TV, an electric fireplace and a high-powered ceiling fan. The living room opens to the full kitchen on the other side of the cabin and there is a wooden dining table with four chairs and a bench next to the huge windows.

Experience the best of both worlds with a rustic cabin ambiance and high-end updated appliances. The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven and stove, full-sized refrigerator, and a coffee bar. Enjoy a cup of coffee at a stool at the bartop or sit on the front porch and take in the fresh mountain air. We provide all the necessities like dishes, cookware, baking sheets, utensils and of course, coffee!
The kitchen has a door that opens to a private side porch with seating.

There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, always stocked with dryer sheets and detergent.

~ OUTSIDE SPACE ~
This gorgeous cabin has small front porch with a brand-new propane grill as well as a covered side porch with plenty of seating. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the fresh Rocky Mountain air while you enjoy the gorgeous views.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire cabin as well as our playground and communal spaces on the resort property. The main office is currently under renovation.

The Neighborhood:
Fall River Road has access to Rocky Mountain National Park's north entrance and is lined on each side of the street with cabins and resorts. Even so, this area is in the remote Rocky Mountains and feels very secluded. We often have wild animals such as bear and elk on our property.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car. You do not need four wheel drive to access the property. There is free parking near the cabin. We are only minutes from one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park.
The roads in Amberwood are paved and may be slick when it is icy or snowy. We do our best to keep them clear for you!

Other Things to Note:
We are in the wilderness of Colorado. There are bears, elk, deer, sheep and numerous other wild animals that also call the mountains home. Respect their space and do not keep any trash or food outside unattended. We have an animal proof dumpster on our property for any trash.
Do not feed the wildlife! It is illegal to feed any wildlife in Colorado and you could get a fine. This includes deer, elk, birds, bears and rodents! Thank you!
