Great, beautifully decorated property on tree-filled, quiet land. A perfect place for my family to stay, including my Dad who uses a wheelchair. We had a herd of elk come through and lounge around the property. Close to everything in town while feeling like a peaceful mountain retreat. The host was responsive and helpful, offering local restaurants recommendations and advice on making the most of our stay. We definitely plan to stay here again!

This was our third stay in this home. It works well for two couples plus our daughter. We enjoyed the two decks and the new deck furniture. Always clean and well stocked. The hosts are very responsive.

It's always such an honor to host repeat guests!! It truly means the world to us that you find our property so enjoyable that you come back again! Thanks for noticing and calling out the new deck furniture as well. We added a fire pit for the front deck and polywood furniture: 2 gliding tall chairs that are easier to get in and out of, 2 adirondak styled chairs, a loveseat bench and several end tables.

We had a great time in this Estes Park home. It is the perfect place to stay for visiting RMNP. Everything was clean & comfortable and we felt right at home.

The first morning we had several mule deer stroll through the yard. This place is right in Estes Park so we were close to everything and had internet and cell service. The house is nice with a choice of sitting out front or in the back, both with firepits. It was pet friendly so it was nice to bring our dog. Had a great time!

Thank you, Randy for your great review! Yes - mule deer peruse the neighborhood year round. Mid-September through mid-October, guests have a good chance of also hearing and seeing elk...by the few or large herd.

Amazing stay at this fantastic property! The host left many special touches for a birthday/graduation celebration including a happy birthday sign, snacks, wine and a s’mores station! The outdoor spaces were fantastic and the house was comfortable, clean, bright and decorated beautifully. We hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Kari's house. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and plenty more! The beds were comfortable, and the cleaning crew added some very nice touches. Kari was very responsive and provided an array of dining and entertainment options in the area. We highly recommend Valley Bagels for a delicious breakfast.We would happily stay here again next time we are in Estes!

The house was lovely. Great location, clean, comfortable for our family of four. Had everything we needed. Loved the herd of elk that sauntered through the yard everyday we were there. Pet friendly! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Very clean even the lint trap on the dryer was clean, which is missed a lot of the times. Kitchen had all the appliances one would need. Would recommend a single cup coffee brewer for that afternoon cup of coffee. Not a dealbreaker though. Very quiet neighborhood. Had deer travel through the yard, almost every day we were there. Highly recommended.

The home is clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The welcome baskets for both humans and dogs were nice surprises. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front deck watching deer and elk nearby.
