Beautiful home with spectacular views. Perfect for family get togethers . The setting and accommodations made for a time of much needed rest and relaxation!Short distance from Bayfield and Madeline Island Ferry. We enjoyed some beautiful waterfall hiking paths nearby. Would definitely return to this lovely home.

Beautiful house to experience the sunset over Lake Superior. Four full bathrooms was a plus. The house had plenty of supplies for our stay but pack bar soap if you prefer it over liquid soap. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay in Port Wing and the property is beautiful! The views from the home are amazing and the location on the lake is perfect. It is a little remote for groceries and other needs, but this can be overcome with some planning ahead. The host was great with communicating as well.

Gorgeous, well-appointed home with everything our family needed for a weeks stay. Check-in smooth, easy to access wi-fi, plenty of bedding & towels. Firewood provided for fire pit and sauna. Stunning views.

The cottage was beautiful in a gorgeous setting with stunning views from every window!! My husband and I spent a get away weekend enjoying art and book shops, Blue Ox Winery and Copper Crow Distillery. It was the perfect location to explore the area and then return to this peaceful retreat. The nearby beach down the gravel road was hidden gem, as well.

This is a truly gorgeous home, thoughtfully and beautifully designed and very comfortable and well-equipped! We loved the views of the lake and incredible sunsets! Kate and Kelly are wonderful hosts and provided excellent recommendations on everything from hiking and paddling, to shopping and restaurants which were really helpful for us since we were new to this area. We highly recommend this home and hope to return.

Gorgeous Home Away From it All

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing stay in this gorgeous home. It was exactly as described, however, the photos do not do this home the justice it deserves. The views of the lake are breathtaking and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was amazing. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay the best possible. Communication was top notch. We hope to return next summer!

Beautiful Lake Superior Home with Amazing Views

We booked this Lake Superior home for a small family celebration (8 people) to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mother-in-law. The property is amazing - in a beautiful setting on Lake Superior, with incredible views - and is close to many activities in nearby towns (Port Wing, Bayfield, etc.). The home has a great kitchen that is well-appointed with everything you will need for cooking. Beautiful living and dining room areas with full views of the Lake. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. A lower level area w/ TV and shuffleboard is very nice, and there is a laundry room (with two washers and two dryers!) that is very convenient if needed. Communication with the host was seamless and efficient. There are several nice outdoor amenities, including a sauna and a fire pit area near the shore - they all looked nice but we did not use those during our stay as the weather was a bit warmer than normal. You will not be disappointed with this house - in fact, we already are planning when we can book another trip and reserve it again!
