This is a great property. We had a few hiccups when we first arrived, however they were immediately taken care of by Kathleen with no problems. The location is great and the house is very well stocked with anything you may need. Will stay here again!

This house was perfect for our group! Kathleen was an amazing host ensuring we had everything we needed to make it a memorable trip. Hard to beat the views and sunsets from the 3rd floor balcony. We will definitely be back!

Luxury with so many positives. Rugs in living and office should be removed to eliminate trip hazard. Need bigger trash cans in bathrooms.

Beautiful house on an awesome beach location. The house was fully equipped with everything that we needed. The hosts were very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions or requests that we had.We have stayed in many beach rentals, but this house exceeded all of the others that we had experienced.The house is like new and extremely clean.I would highly recommend this property.

This home is amazing! Property has the most gorgeous views. Beautiful sunsets to view from the balcony or steps from the house beachside. Hotel quality linens, beds and well equipped kitchen for family dinners. Our crew was thirteen and we had plenty of areas to be together poolside or common area in the home. Kathleen our host was amazing, always phone call or text away to answer any questions. Reddington Beach is Beautiful. We will be back

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Sandbar Shores. The home is beautiful! There are plenty of restaurant options nearby and the sunset views are stunning! We would definitely stay here again.

Family Get Together at the Beach

Property is excellent and was as shown in the pictures. The house was well stocked and we needed to just bring ourselves and not extra supplies. Restaurant recommendations were great.

It is decorated well (I love how the bedrooms are named), a gorgeous view, close to restaurants and grocery stores…we could not have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation! Absolutely amazing property. The view is fabulous, right on the water. Everything is top notch - from the finishes, to the appliances, to the furniture, everything was exceptional. This properly is kept in pristine condition, Kathleen is an amazing host. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was to our liking. I highly recommend this property and Kathleen for anyone looking for an amazing Florida beach vacation!

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here for a family reunion and could not have been happier! The house was immaculate, even better than we expected from the listing. The most beautiful, breathtaking sunsets on the deck every single night. The kitchen was perfectly appointed with every single thing we could want, even an espresso maker. We made the most unforgettable memories here and will definitely return. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Vacation!

We cannot begin to express how wonderful our week long stay at this beautiful home was! The views & decoration were amazing! We had 18 family members from four different US states come together here at this beach front paradise. The covered swimming pool was a huge plus for when the kids had too much sun or when a thunderstorm rolled in. This home had absolutely everything you could need & enough space for all of us to feel comfortable! I couldn’t recommend this beautiful property more!!! We WILL be back!!!

Girls Trip

What a fabulous girl’s get-away this turned out to be! Every single thing was perfect in every way. The house was spectacular and the sunsets were the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. We set up a private chef through the concierge services offered with the property and the food was so fantastic! Best sea bass I’ve ever eaten. We also booked in-home massages and the services were top notch! This is a place we will return to every year. Can wait to see you again, Sandbar Shores. You captivated our hearts.

This home was even more spacious in person than the amazing photos on the listing (which were fantastic to begin with)!Our party was 7 kids (ages 10 to 17) and 2 adults and the home was the perfect location and set up for our group which wanted to be in the beach for amazing sunsets, lounging in and around a pool, and plenty of indoor space. The kitchen - It had everything we needed to do several group dinners (grilling, pasta, and tacos) and the 2 dishwashers made cleaning up very easy. The large dining room table was the site of game nights. The pool - It provided shade during the day and with the TVs and Sonos system the kids really enjoyed spending time here at all times (mornings, afternoons, and evenings) during our visit. The bedrooms and bathrooms - Plenty of space for all the kids and we had space for another family given the layout of the bedrooms. The outdoor rec area - The fire pit was a hit at night along with the set up for bean bag games just beyond the patio with still plenty of privacy from a small dune before you walked in to the beach. The beach - Only steps away from the backyard this section of the beach was not crowded at all and the home had all the amenities (chairs, speaker, umbrella, cooler, etc) for us to set up on the beach with the convenience to be less than 50 yards from the home. The kids took so many pictures of the sunset during our stay and the large deck with the sliding glass doors was an awesome living area.

Best beach place ever!

We were so happy we found this home to rent for the Fourth of July holiday. It was our entire family including grandchildren. Everybody loved it! The communication with Kathleen was excellent. She responded to everything immediately. We all agreed they thought of everything at this house. A the small touches made a big difference from houses we have stayed at before. We had just returned from a villa at the Ritz Grand Cayman and this was way better!!! They have nice beach chairs, floats, towels, a JBL speaker you can take outside with you, Yeti-style tumblers for your drinks you can take outside. I could go on and on. The furniture on the balconies was really nice. When I texted Kathleen that the beach wagon wasn’t there, she apologized and immediately had one overnighted to us at the house. Overall, we hope we get the chance to stay here again. Such great memories in a beautifully decorated home.

Gorgeous property. Stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The elevator was a huge plus with my elderly mom. The teens loved the pool/hot tub. Located close to everything. Just an overall amazing property!
