It`s a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, and even enjoying a relaxing beachside massage. The beach tends to get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons, but it`s a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.
Walking distance to town or catch an Uber outside the front gate. Taxis and private transportation are also available inside the resort.

Nick has been living in Cabo full time for the last 12 + years and I've lived here most of my life. We are very organized with our communication before and during your stay. Location...Location...Location. Away from downtown but easily walkable. On (Medano Beach) the only year round swimmable beach in Los Cabos.

The best part of this condo is relaxing on the oversized balcony with premium ocean views. The condo is located on the left side (facing the ocean) of the resort so you can enjoy the late day sun, not the early morning. Enjoy the peace and quiet with unbelievable premium ocean views.
