The property was as advertised. It was large enough to accommodate our family. Especially the parking. The host Dave gets an A for communication. He promptly responded to all messages. The only concern worth mentioning was the negative experience with the entrance gates. If a staying guest or visitor doesn't have a parking pass, then it could be a hassle gaining entrance. Dave was great with providing the needed passes as we requested.

We loved the place! It was a great place for our 4 families. The pool was wonderful and was enjoyed by all. I want to thank Steve again for the quick response to our needs. I rented other VBROs and this was the best!!!

We loved staying at this property in Champions Gate. Having previously stayed in this area we knew how accessible the parks were and the locally amenities, so when we saw this property listed we had no hesitation in booking. Check in was a breeze and the welcome pack was a very nice touch. The property was equipped with everything you’d need to accommodate a large group and was very spacious and clean. We had an issue with the sliding door to the pool being extremely stiff, but a quick message to Steve resulted in a maintenance man arriving within a few hours to rectify the issue. Steve was extremely quick to respond to any enquiries that we had and made our stay at this property a memorable one! Overall we would highly recommend this property and would return in a heart beat, we loved staying here and made some fantastic family memories that we will cherish forever. We look forward to returning soon

I felt at home residing here, very clean and peaceful, and if i needed anything the host was on point for everything that was needed aiding me.....i would definitely reside here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was big enough we could all escape each other if needed. There were little things that were wrong but nothing that was interruptive to our stay.Steve was great at communicating!

Host was fast to message back whenever questions were asked. The only downside was number of towels. There were no washcloths and no kitchen towels.

The property was clean and conveniently close to the community center pool and activities building (Oasis Club). On a good day we were only about 20 minutes from the Disney parks, traffic doubled that some days though. The house's hot tub was a big hit with the kids and relaxing after walking all day, highly recommend paying the little extra for the pool heat. The host was great and responsive, will definitely try to book this house again for our next trip!

Great place

Great place to stay. Steve from Epic was always available to answer any questions. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the home (mopping floors, wiping walls) but Epic rectified it when told also talked to the cleaners. Beds were clean & comfortable. Process was easy checking in & out. We did not want to leave & will look for this company & neighborhood our next visit.

Great overall experience. Steve was very attentive to messages. A few little bumps in the road:When we arrived the cleaners were still on site as they said the previous guests had a late checkout. Unfortunately we had purchased groceries and needed to be in right at 4pm. It wasn’t a huge deal as we let the cleaners finish the front rooms/bathroom and they worked around us. We said there was 17 of us for the trip, but only 6 pool towels were at the house. It wasn’t a huge deal once I contacted Steve he had more towels delivered but we did end up having to do some extra laundry. We also arrived home one day to find a maintenance person working INSIDE the residence. I contacted Steve who said he forgot to mention it. We would have liked to have known to put some of our valuables away. We also had people arrive to fix broken lounge chairs. The only issue was ALL of the lounge chairs were broken so we requested they only take the worst one and leave the rest as it was our last day and we were all outside by the pool and wouldn’t have a place to relax. The place was overall clean, but it did look like one bed had been slept in and not changed and one of the showers had muddy footprints when we arrived. There were 2 stemless wine glasses in the cupboard so kind of sucked to drink out of a plastic cup for dinner, but not the end of the world. Otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed.Great value for the price. Community clubhouse was awesome!
