This apartment was exceptionally clean and in good decorative order, including the hallways and entry areas to the block itself. It is well situated for a tourist experience in Manhattan. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos with rooms and excellent and spacious size alongside lovely large bathrooms and a good size kitchen. The host kindly provided some essential basics that I have seen many other hosts not do such as dishwasher tabs, coffee pods, washing up liquid, kitchen paper and toilet paper. This made it much easier and more pleasant for us. There are also plenty of diners, coffee shops, grocery stores within a short walking distance. The host was super-quick to respond to any queries over the Vrbo app and the door entry system was incredibly straightforward and secure with no keys needed. I highly recommend this property for cleanliness, style, ease of location and host comms! Will come and stay again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Great spot for families

We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.

New York family trip

I would recommend this condo. It is a great location on the upper east side, with several restaurants and grocery stores close. It has great storage/closet space. My only critique, needs more hangers and could use a paint job.Management was easy to work with and very responsive

Not totally as advertised

The location and safety of the neighborhood was excellent but we had five people and the property advertised a pullout twin bed. The sofa was a photon and the extra bed was a blowup we found in the closet. There were only four coffee cups for five people. One day we had Wi-Fi, the next two we didn’t and we could get Netflix but not TV. Our biggest problem was that the codes for the doors to the building and the apartment kept changing. Thank goodness the building supervisor was there to let us in and contacted the property manager. Then they changed again back to the original codes. And they could only send the codes to someone who had Gmail! There was a storage room for our luggage and we were successful in accessing that. I have used Verbo before without problems. This rental was through a company they use called Casa del Sogno. I would not recommend them.
