Wonderful private back yard. The BIG screened porch was great for eating, game playing and afternoon naps. The location was perfect for access to Craigville Beach and Hyannis downtown.

We had an amazing trip!! Great tourist location, to be close to everything you need to explore the entire Cape! The house would be better to turn one of the twin rooms into a queen but we were very comfortable!

Nice, larger spaces to accommodate a family reunion. The host was responsive to our few inquiries, the view from the porch is delightful, the area around the property is quiet and serene. The property is nicely located close to the downtown area, as well as the various food stores, pharmacies, and restaurants in Hyannis. We had a lovely time spent at the cottage.

Perfect location for Hyannis area. So close to everything, including the airport. 5 minutes to the Ferry for Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. The house itself is lovely with comfortable beds and amenities. Ours girls trip was excellent and I would stay here again.

This adorable home and beautiful property was perfect for our girls getaway of 5. We especially enjoyed our time on the screened porch and loved that it had plenty of bedroom space and three bathrooms!

Lucy was a very responsive host. Always got back to us quickly. The huge screened in porch overlooking the pond is lovely. She made sure the house was filled with anything needed to make the stay comfortable. A nice private setting for a Cape getaway!

The house was spotless when we arrived. It looked just like it was listed, if not better. Communication was great. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We all loved the screened in porch. There was everything you need for a wonderful stay. Kid friendly. We can't wait to go back!

The house was super clean. The house had that beach feel to it. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you would need. Location was great, by Main Street and Cruise Line. Lucy was right there through the beginning of renting to leaving the rental property. She answered all my question in a timely fashion, even had a few suggestions for me.

The property was on a pond so it had a nice view. The large screened - in porch was another attraction that we enjoyed. It was centrally located; close to the beach and the house itself was very comfortable.

Beautiful house and property

The house was perfect for a family with a nice, private yard on the pond in a quiet neighborhood close to town and the beach. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming! We all enjoyed our stay!

Great place close to everything very convenient to have 3 full baths for a group of six. Back porch overlooking pond is a great hang. We even saw an Osprey!

Wonderful lake front property in a perfect location in town. Quick drive to many stores, restaurants, and attractions. House has everything you need to cook or grill. Attentive and caring hosts. Would rent again!

Warm and cozy home away from home! Beaches and restaurants are plentiful and nearby! Charming decor throughout the spacious house! Long dining table and other furniture out on the screened porch offer beautiful views of the bird-filled woods and Simmons Pond! Laps around the pond in the provided canoe offer chances for fishing and foliage filming in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed our time here immensely!

Cape Cod visit

Communications with the owner were so easy and quick. The house was just as advertised and the screened in porch was the best part. Hanging out and eating a meal on the porch while looking at the pond and listening to the wildlife was wonderful.

This was exactly as advertised. The pond was beautiful and the screened porch in the back was perfect. The location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and the street was nice and quiet. We loved going out on the pond in the canoe as well. And the kitchen was one of the best-stocked kitchens we've seen!

Great time at the pond house

We had a great time at the pond house! The house was spacious, comfortable, and close to downtown. House rules and check-out rules were straightforward. Lucy was communicative and prompt with responding to questions.
