The house and grounds were beautiful … pool and hot tub were lovely as was backyard with outdoor shower and grill . We absolutely loved the house and plan to return next fall

We had a great weeklong stay at this property with six adults and two children. The house was clean upon arrival, and the pool was a nice 80 all week. The kids loved the game room and movie room downstairs and spent a lot of time down there. The adults spent a lot of time outside on the great patio, using the hot tub, grilling, and playing games in the spacious living room during the rainy days that we had. The beds were comfortable and every room had a TV, which was really nice at night. We only needed to contact our host once during the stay to figure out where a light switch was, but he was super responsive, and we were able to get it figured out very quickly. The location was great and was close to the ferry for day trip trips to Nantucket or the Vineyard, and was close to downtown Hyannis for shopping and restaurants. There are a few grocery stores nearby and a Mary Lou coffee that was also pretty close.Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the location and the house!

The house was spotless and very well organized. My family and I loved our stay — it’s in a perfect location, close to everything: grocery stores, the beach, restaurants, and more. The owner is very communicative and responds right away to any questions. We would definitely love to come back!

We had such an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had so much space for our family to relax and enjoy. The pool was incredible — the kids practically lived in it the whole trip! The hot tub was also a wonderful bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and even better than expected. The hosts were fantastic — quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We had the most incredible stay at this Cape Cod home! Everything was spotless upon arrival and check in was seamless. The home truly felt like it was designed for families. From the sparkling pool to the game room and yard full of space to run around, our kids were in heaven (they practically lived in the pool all week)!The location is unbeatable, minutes from beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of activities, yet peaceful and private when you want to relax. The house itself is extremely spacious, with more than enough room for everyone to spread out. Another family could have joined our family of five comfortably. We loved the fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dining both indoors and on the beautiful patio. The laundry machines were a huge bonus, and the TVs in every room made downtime easy for everyone. Also loved the beautiful furniture and thought it was nice to have a make up vanity LED lighting for getting ready. One of my personal favorites was the amazing hot tub — such a treat after a day in the sun. And the backyard? Absolutely perfect for family fun. Joshua is an A host — responsive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. He clearly cares about his guests having the best experience possible, and it shows in every detail.We’re already counting down the days until we return next summer! Thanks for an unbelievable vacation week in your gorgeous home.

This vacation home has tons of perks! The pool and hot tub are excellent after a hot day at the beach! Ladies, you will LOVE the lighted vanity tables in some of the bedrooms! The blender is great for lots of frozen drinks poolside. Kids will enjoy the game and movie rooms downstairs. The outdoor shower is a big bonus when you have a large group of people. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs are super lightweight if you are headed to the Beachcomber in Wellfleet, which was our favorite beach! The beds are extra comfortable, and the AC keeps the house very cool. This home is super close to tons of attractions, including the fast ferry to Nantucket, which we enjoyed! (Take an Uber it is cheaper than parking your car in the lot) Thank you for a fun week on the Cape Josh & Mary!

This house is great for a large family vacation! It fit 11 of us very comfortably. The location is fantastic. It's a 10 minute drive from Craigsville Beach, 5 minutes to main street in Hyannis and 6 minutes to the Nantucket ferries. The kids loved the pool, the hot tub and the game room. Joshua, the host was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. I can't recommend this property enough!!
