We were very disappointed to learn about the downstairs bathroom issue, but unfortunately, we only became aware of it three weeks after your stay. Had we been notified during your visit, we would have addressed it immediately to ensure your comfort. We also appreciate your suggestions about adding mirrors in the bedrooms and updating to a keypad entry system. These are helpful ideas we’ll keep in mind as we make enhancements to the property.
