I see why the previous response may have been rejected. Vrbo specifically says the owner response should address future renters rather than the reviewer, so I’d remove Bob’s name and avoid writing it as a direct thank-you to him. I’d submit this: We’re so glad to hear the home was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a great stay. We work hard to make sure the house is well prepared for every guest and appreciate the wonderful feedback. We look forward to welcoming our guests back for future stays!

The home was very clean and charming and Carolina has been excellent with her communication and has reached out preemptively and answered any questions we have had. Wonderful house and neighborhood and incredibly close to shopping centers for food and any necessities we forgot to pack

Previous visitors created some challenges, but Carolina did an amazing job smoothing everything out. It’s a nice home on a quiet street walkable to JCU which was exactly what we needed.

Carolina was very proactive in reaching out with friendly texts that made everything easy, and the house itself was clean, cute, and good for kids - the sun porch was an especially nice touch, and the clean, open space in the basement was great for kids to run around during wet weather.

Cleanliness is very important to me and this place is spotless. There is a no shoes in the house policy which I am very happy about. The house is very charming, with restored hardwood floors throughout. Tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, the AC and Wifi works great, beds are clean and comfortable, nice office space setup, there is nothing more i can ask for. Carolina and Matthew have thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. The location of this place is also excellent, being close to Cleveland Heights, Beachwood, Lyndhurst and Shaker Square that all have amazing restaurants.
