The property manager was so great at communicating and helped with repairs and management updates all throughout our stay without interrupting our vacation. Our group had the best time in this beautiful house!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here for the week. The pool is so nice and it is a quick walk to the beach. Plenty of space and the kitchen was great - well stocked and so much room! Location is handy to everything but removed from the crowds. Highly recommend this rental property!

Amazing

We love it ... Wow .. The property was gorgeous. It had everything we needed for our mini vacation. Walking distance from the beach. Plenty of space for the family to stay . No issues at all

Overpriced

Had a group of 11, not enough towels, toilet paper. No filters for coffee maker. Ice maker didnt make enough ice. Not enough parking. Pet fee too high

Your comments are very unwarranted and inaccurate. This brand new luxury property exceeds every standard for a vacation rental. All of the property in our portfolio of 25 vacation rentals consistently have 5 Star Rating..... We supply luxury bath linens is all 4 bathrooms including 4 oversize bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths and a bathmat. We supplied 16 each of these items, You had 11 guests. Not sure how there could be "not enough towels". All the towels are placed in the vanity under the sink.....Did you not see them??? In addition, we are available 24/7 and would have been happy to deliver additional towels as requested. The property features a dual system coffee maker. We even provide Starbucks pod for the K-Cup side of the machine. For sanitation reasons we do not provide coffee filters but upon request would have been happy to deliver them to the property. The property has of parking for 4 large vehicles in addition to a single car garage. Not sure how many vehicles you had at the property for 11 guests. The property is Pet Friendly, and we love to welcome our 4-legged friends to the beach. We charge a nonrefundable Pet Fee of $295 plus tax per dog. We have a strict cleaning and sanitation protocol anytime a dog has been a guest at once of your properties, thus a Pet Fee of $295. Bringing your dog was OPTIONAL. The property features 2 refrigerator/freezers. Not sure how much ice you consumed but the 2 should have been more than adequate for 11 guests.

Great place to stay

We are a family group of 17 with all ages and really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic house. The bunk room was great for the kids to be together at night (sleeps a lot of kids!) We really liked having a garage (not long enough for large SUV’s, the only way we could get 3 suvs in the driveway was by pulling one in sideways), the salt pool with the shallow shelf, outdoor shower and covered patio with lots of seating, table, and tv. The propane bbq grill was exceptionally clean and large enough for our large group. The house was also exceptionally clean (a few dust bunnies under the bed was all we found, but was the cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed in!) and also had plenty of seating and also had 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges! It was nice to have so many tv’s, but we couldn’t figure out how to access any input ports since they couldn’t be pulled out from the wall. We only have a few comments that would make anyone’s stay perfect. It would have been nice to have had: a few more towels, hooks to hang towels on (in bathrooms and outside), blackout curtains in bedrooms since the sun rises at 5:40!, and maybe some plastic plates for kiddos. I know this sounds nit picky especially since everything else was so great and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience. No issues, house clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking and gathering. Communication with Andy was quick. We will return.
